I was in search of a decent, but reliable handset for business use which could handle the influx of e- mails, social media streams and data management. Whilst making few enquiries, I came across these pros. They asked me questions around my business usage and suggested a device that would make my life easier as a business user. I went with what they advised and have never come across any issue/s with the phone. Top work by these guys. In my view, if you're looking for an exceptional customer service, this is it; look no further. All the best of luck and success!

DO NOT BUY from this company as they sold me a iphone 4 its missing the sim card tray and they are totally ignoring my emails. so looks like im stuck with a iphone thats as much use as a chocolate fire guard. I hope they are happy that they have let a child down that was looking forward to getting a phone. just steer clear of this company.

This item was a phone. When it arrived it was locked to a network we do not use so we paid to get the phone unlocked. Now the phone can be used to make and receive phone calls and text messages but that is it.
This phone is a windows phone but we cannot get the internet to work on the phone or mobile data.
I have tried twice to contact the company by email as I cannot find a telephone number for them, but as of yet they have not responded.
I wish I had never bought the phone and would advise others to stay away from buying anything from this company.

As many others (I shudda looked here first) bought an ipad 2 via GoGroopie from these bandits, supposedly working but it wouldn't charge or boot up so not fit for purpose - sent it back at my cost for a refund & I get no meaningful help or communication (website offline) from either company. HMP are based in Birmingham so that's the Trading standards office I will be contacting, I don't know if GoGroopie are complicit or just disinterested - I see there are others having similar problems, contact me at - alex dot B at techie dot com - if you wish.

Outstanding service from start to finish. As an IT Professional I now recommend this company to everyone I work with. I had all of my Apple devices wiped and decommissioned, with a certificate to cover it all off.
