Customer care was excellent
The lady I spoke to today was very professional and polite, she dealt with my query and also rang me back straight away, the customer care was amazing and can’t fault them in any way. I left the phone call feeling so much happier that my query had been dealt with.

Excellent service and calming voice from Emma
After getting a text telling me my payment was declined I panicked and called a lovely lady called Emma McAlister she helped me out and assured me all was ok and it was because my card details had changed , once corrected all fine now , many thanks for your help Emma
