IVA PROCESS
From the very start of my IVA the staff that I dealt with were so so helpful and never put any pressure on me at all the only pressure I had was from Department of Communities Belfast. Hanover really helped in a time needed
Hanover really helped in a time needed. They talked me through the whole process, very professional and helpful. I know people might feel embarrassed or ashamed to go down this path, but life is hard sometimes and this has helped me get back on track. That feeling of anxiety was no more, so never worry if you are making positive steps to improve. Mine is ending soon and been a smooth process all the way.

My IVA
Never in my life have I been in debt before, I was so embarrassed and felt defeated having to ask for a debt management solution. I wasn't in a good place, I felt like a failure. They were professional and courteous.
Hanover dealt with it efficiently and fairly. Currently coming to the end and its been a really smooth process throughout.

Great work from Teishny

I was in a real state of anxiety when I…
I was in a real state of anxiety when I first spoke to Hanover. But from my first contact with them they put my mind at rest and didn't make me feel so stupid for getting myself into financial difficulties. But I have now completed 6 years. And I can I think see light at the end of the tunnel. It will all be worth it .if you find yoursrlf in debt. Contact them. They will go over your income outgoings. And work out your monthly payment. If you get a pay rise or any monetary gain. Jeep them informed as again they will work out your payments. If you feel you can afford to pay them a little more they always make sure that it is within your capabilities. So thank you Hanover from the bottom of my heart.

Terrible from start to finish
Terrible from start to finish, multiple change of ownership, couldn’t speak to anyone, failed my IVA after 5 years and 4 months, tried to get it resolved, terrible. Go to StepChange or A UK debt charity, they will give much better advise, these had celebrities in endorsing their services as a paid advert, awful

I spoke to Aaisha
I spoke to Aaisha today and can say she was lovely and the only person I have spoken to that has been helpful. Her manager should be very proud of her, she is a credit to the company.
Explained everything to me, advised what to do next as I am one month away from the end of my agreement.
My IVA was transfered from Hanover to Ebenegate and I am so pleased that it was. I only wish they had had it from the start.
