Hanover didn't take the payment this…
Hanover didn't take the payment this month for some reason. When I called them I spoke with Gary he was really helpful and sorted everything through the phone. Only took 5 minutes.

Thank you so much i know there is lots of mixed reviews regarding you guys but i didn’t really have much bad to say as i kept to my agreement and when there was issues with payment the text updates were great. My only discomfort was your response time to enquiries and the response given isn’t really enough at most cases but overall i would say thank you for helping guide me to this point where i am free of debt and start to rebuild my credit again .

Hanover do make mistakes sometimes
I talked to a very helpful Scottish man today I didn’t get his name. I’d had an email saying I’d missed this months payment and was in arrears so I checked my account and found that Hanover hadn’t requested the payment he was most apologetic and found that it was indeed Hanovers fault. I paid the due amount and he said that he would make sure it didn’t happen again next month

Haven’t got a clue what’s going on with…
Haven’t got a clue what’s going on with this company, i entered my IVA with Hanover then a year ago was informed that I was now with creditfix both of these companies are now asking me for money and yearly reviews it’s now got that bad I have had to seek advice from citizens advice

Spoke to a young gentleman called Ian
Spoke to a young gentleman called Ian, he explained everything that happened with my situation and then gave me a few different options on how it could be sorted he was extremely patient polite but friendly at the same time .
