The engineer rang on the Morning to advise his time of arrival and completed the service and advised of the changes needed (new batteries).

I had an engineer Richard Frost, come out to me today, to fix an intermittent Fault with my stairlift! He came and he had been before to service it! He was very friendly, and very professional, and very polite! He fixed the problem really well! And it works beautifully now! He even did a mini service for me, that was going above and beyond for me! I think he is a brilliant engineer! I have also found that everyone i have talked to on the phone to also be very friendly and helpful! The stairlift is neat, and the runner doesnt stand out like a sore thumb like some stairlift companies runners do!! The chair is safe to use,and easy to wipe over and keep clean! I would thoroughly recommend this engineer, and this Company to everyone! Friendly,helpful, and a brilliant product, that is a very reasonable price to buy!!

I had my first service on my stair lift today. The engineer was so lovely and checked the rail, inside the main part and the chair itself. The battery was checked, he also went up and down on it. To be honest, I was a bit skeptical about going the "reconditioned" route at first, but you would honestly never know this wasn't straight out of the factory Both the curved track and the lift itself look absolutely brand new—not a single scratch, scuff, or any sign of wear.
