James was fast efficient and pleasant. Quick tidy worker and explained the use of the stairlift clearly.

The fitter Michael was very professional and kept everything clean and tidy he then explained how everything worked and if I wasn’t sure he explained it again and showed me step by step I was very pleased and he is a credit to Halton Stairlifts

We have received an excellent service from Halton Stairlifts from Megan the sales person to the fitter. The fitter came on the day that was arranged and fitted the stairlift quite quickly without any problems. Excellent job 👍🏼

The engineer gave us notice when he was 20 mins away he arrived was polite and we went through the problem with him as the stairlift was intermittently stopping going up the stairs and F4 error was coming up but by restarting it it then carried on to the top
Unfortunately it didn’t do it while the engineer was here but he cleaned all the rail and tried several times to check it he just said he had checked everything but if the problem arose again he would come back he was very thorough and didn’t rush us and listened to what we had to say we were very happy with the service

Fantastic service from Halton Stairlifts, I made an enquiry one day and a survey was done and stairlift installed within 5 days start to finish. James the installation engineer was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable about the product. He fitted the stairlift and left no mess afterwards. Really pleased.

Great service and good installation from James Noon

We made a stairlift fitting enquiry and a couple of days later representative Mark came to see us, a lovely guy, very friendly, reassuring and knowledgeable. He explained the nature of the company and details of the product fully which gave us confidence to go ahead with our purchase. Five days later Lee and Mike arrived to install the stairlift which took them an hour leaving no mess for me to clear up. They explained how to use the stairlift and how to maintain the equipment. We were very impressed with all three of the team and would like to say well done to Lee as we were his first stairlift fitting. You're definitely worth 5*.Thank you guys.

The engineer rang on the Morning to advise his time of arrival and completed the service and advised of the changes needed (new batteries).

I had an engineer Richard Frost, come out to me today, to fix an intermittent Fault with my stairlift! He came and he had been before to service it! He was very friendly, and very professional, and very polite! He fixed the problem really well! And it works beautifully now! He even did a mini service for me, that was going above and beyond for me! I think he is a brilliant engineer! I have also found that everyone i have talked to on the phone to also be very friendly and helpful! The stairlift is neat, and the runner doesnt stand out like a sore thumb like some stairlift companies runners do!! The chair is safe to use,and easy to wipe over and keep clean! I would thoroughly recommend this engineer, and this Company to everyone! Friendly,helpful, and a brilliant product, that is a very reasonable price to buy!!

Michael did a great job at fitting and explain about the stair lift. Now my parents can use both the floors in the house and get their independence back. Thank you Halton!
