Fitter arrived on time having phoned up when he was 1hr away. He was polite, well dressed and an extremely tidy worker. Having operated a contracting company, I was very impressed by his approach to the work and his diligence in completing equipment to a precise detail.

Jack installed our stair lift today with speed and efficiency he was very polite and explained everything before he left.

We had a lovely, friendly and professional surveyor come out to quote for our stairlift. Mark Harty could not have been more professional. After we decided to go ahead with the stairlift, it was fitted within a few days by an exceptional engineer. James fitted the stairlift, cleared away any mess and left the area spotless. He then took time to explain how the stairlift worked and got dad to sit in it too make sure nothing needed adjusting. He and Mark are a credit to Halton stairlifts

Engineer James arrived promptly the day after i phoned regarding a fault in my husband's stairlift. Clean, professional and polite. Problem solved. Halton are usually quick with their service.

Michael was very polite. He was very efficient and worked well. He took his time in showing how to operate the lift. He also took time to discuss if there was any faults in the future, and what to do .

When he'd fitted the stairlift he tested it. Showed me how to work it. Asked if I had any questions, and ensured I had their contact details. Michael was really nice to deal with. I'd recommend him very highly.

Had our Brooks 130 installed today by Cain, a genuine polite and very informative young man , came on time and phoned to say how long he would be, showed us step by step how everything worked , what to do if we had power cut etc, left everything spotless.
We had already owned one the same some years ago for my mom so knew what to expect , but he still showed us.
Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company. Halton stairlifts it's a 5star from us. Thank you.

Very pleased with the stairlift that was fitted by Martin. It has made life much easier for my husband who difficulty with walking. Martin was a tidy worker and very pleasant, explained everything well.

I had an annual service today. A male called Richard came and carried it out. He was so thorough. He quickly established that the lift needed new batteries. They were promptly replaced. He completely dismantled the lift and on completion he cleaned the lift and the tract. Thank you Richard for a job well done. Nice with it too

The initial fault occurred at about 20:00 on Saturday night. After getting no response I rang and left a message at 10:30 on Sunday morning. An almost immediately I got a callback from the engineer who arrived within the hour. Very good!
Don't know what happened on Saturday??
Engineer (James) was excellent! Found the fault quickly and made a suitable temporary repair(follow up visit to be arranged)
