I thought that at the start Shannon who was handling my claim was amazing. Communicated well and responded really fast without any delay which later after my case was taken over didn't happen as much.

Had a bump about March last year. I was stressing out about how to go about everything in terms of claiming but Natalie who I sealed with couldn’t have been anymore helpful! She sorted absolutely everything out for us! She give us perfect guidance and made the experience easy!
