Even though we’ve had lockdown in place for over a year and because of this my claim was delayed,I was kept up to date with the progress of my claim.

We had this accident over 1 and 1/2 ago and I’ve gotten my money but not my 2 children they both got hurt and this took a very long time

Highly recommended, I was offered an other solicitor to start with but after them not getting back to me via email or phone it made you feel very under valued, spoke to our insurance and they referred us here and I'm so glad we pushed for the change. Having never been involved in a medical claim before this was a new experience. However thanks to the person dealing with the claim, Heather Howes, it was one that was easy and straight forward. I was kept up to date with how it was proceeding and any questions I had were dealt without any problems. Due to Covid it did go on longer than it should have done but the level of excellent service never dropped.
