My file handler was Heather Howes. She handled my case professionally and was extremely efficient. Would rate this Solicitors firm very highly.

I have, this week, concluded a compensation claim with the above Solicitors and have so much admiration for their company. At first I was nervous because I am not Internet savvy and sometimes don't understand the legal jargon that these professional firms use. With the help of Sharon Wharton I soon became more relaxed as she not only educated me into the email world but gave me confidence to tackle other medias. Full marks Sharon for taking the fright out of phone calls from SOLICITORS.

Had a rear impact collision and was contacted by halsall and felt at ease the moment I spoke to them . Every thing ran smoothly and I was very happy with their service and all communication with them.

Overall excellent service and resolved efficiently. However, case handler changed a few times at the beginning and communication could be more regular, rather than having to chase for updates.
