Price and product are reasonable, delivery time is terrible, took a week to deliver and I’m only 11kms away.

Having received a defective product on delivery, the situation was raised with them immediately but they showed very little interest in resolving the defect & basically told me to take it up with the manufacturer. Customer satisfaction is clearly not what this organisation is about.

I ordered several things through gym direct, including weight bumber plates, a full dumbell set, bar bell and a functional smith machine. All the gear is better than expected, the service was awesome and most things came on time, when I called to chase some things up the staff were really helpful. Highly recommend!

Following some delay I contacted the organisation. The response was quick and efficient and the goods arrived shortly afterwards.

Have turned things around since the first covid lockdown. Fast delivery, good communication.

The rubber mates received where not the colour I ordered. I ordered mats with blue marks but I got plain black mats. Very happy with everything else received.
Was not impressed with the delivery person tho. Left on order on the path, rang my door bell after he unloaded, lucky I was home or the items could of been taken. I would recommend you reconsider who you use for deliveries. Thanks.

Top shelf equipment. I purchased the squat cage and pully system and have not looked back at the gym for these excersizes. My boys at home use them and my young children use the squat cage as a climbing gym and love it.

I ordered a set of dumbbells and when the order arrived, there was a dumbbell missing. Gym direct were excellent in their response. They simply sent out the missing dumbbell to me without question. Mistakes happen and I believe that the mark of a company is how they treat their customers after the sale is made and these guys were great!

I accidentally purchased the wrong item for my dumbbell type and enquired about getting the right product for my needs. To my surprise gym direct were happy to accept the return of the dumbbell stand no questions asked. I did not even ask for this. Communication was clear and service exceptional. I would definitely use gym direct for my future gym purchases.
