Great service at Dynamo Keysborough
The whole experience from walking in the door of Dynamo Fitness to having my gym equipment delivered was a great and welcoming experience. Pablo assisted us throughout and he was amazing, genuine and friendly. I highly recommend Dubai Keysborough to anyone. The equipment arrived well packed and is great quality.

If I could give a zero I would.
I bought from their store and after setting up our equipment, the products did not work as expected, we did everything we could to resolve it, but couldn’t.
When I requested to return the product, they refused, so eventually we agreed to take a replacement.
The same issue occurred, and still, the team refused us a refund, even though the product was in new condition and could absolutely be sold again.
Shocking customer service, would not recommend buying from them whatsoever.

After you first raised the issue, we arranged a replacement to resolve it as quickly as possible. The new unit has been tested and is operating as intended. Regarding the straps getting stuck, this is typically resolved with a simple adjustment, especially when they’re not in use, and we’re always happy to assist with that if needed.
We genuinely value all customer feedback, as it helps us improve both our products and our service. In this case, as the replacement unit is functioning correctly, our team has followed the appropriate process regarding returns.

Bought cbt pro 90 functional trainer, great machine, very happy. Gym for 20 plus yrs and this machine does everything u need and quality made. Duncan at brendale store was most helpful, 1000 questions and tried out showroom trainer out for hours.🤣
Turnaround was amazing, pick up machine and installed next day. Installer Bryce did fantastic work with precision and knowledge. Highly recommend full team at dynamo fitness brendale. Big thanks azza.💪👌
