Finally received my pillow after two weeks wait and it has made my neck pain 1000 times worse. It has never been this bad it’s spread to my shoulder from my neck and now caused me to have pain all down right arm and pins and needles and numbness in hand . Awful pillow

Absolutely love this pillow, super comfortable and useful having the adjustable height options. I used to use another brands memory foam pillows before but this one is so much more comfortable.

The pillow is amazing bought endless pillows never had a brilliant night sleep with it.As I'm a side sleeper tried 100 in the past but can't believe what a fab night sleep I'm having now .I have told friends and family and all shall be buying one .Thanks so much

I bought two pillows, one for myself and one for my husband. I have found them very comfortable. My husband, who would often wake with a bad neck with his old pillows, hasn't woken with any pain since using the Groove pillow. I would definitely recommend them.

Have been using my new pillow for just under a week and I can feel the difference all ready! I sleep better and my neck pain has already reduced. It normally takes me a while to get used to a new pillow but this one was very comfortable right from the first night, firm enough for good support but soft enough not to be uncomfortable.

I had been having really bad shoulder and neck pain for quite a while. I had spent a lot of time and expense with physio and tried almost every type of pillow with no success. I had read about Groove Pillow and thought it might just be another pillow that promised a lot but failed to deliver. However, after using the pillow even for just a few days, the improvement was astonishing. My long term neck pain disappeared, I can honestly say it has eliminated a painful condition I thought I might never resolve. Definitely 5 Stars from me

Great product, good communication and quick delivery. The pillow was that good my mother in law lay on it for minutes and wanted one.

I already own 4 of the original pillows. So when I had a chance to try this new pillow I jumped at the chance. I love that it’s adjustable and have bought 2 more to give to my son and his girlfriend, because they love the pillows as much as we do. I have to say I’ve been bombarded with ads for ergonomic pillows (not all from groove!) since buying these pillows, but I would urge folks to check the reviews on here before buying as most of them are scams, unlike this business!

Brilliant product that really helps relieve pain and makes sleeping more restful. Spend time adjusting the fillings until you find a level that works for you.

This company is misleading in how it operates. They promise a 100% money back guarantee but it is with conditions. They don't have Excellent reviews if you check this site but claim they do on their website. They promise to resolve your issue but they don't - please avoid them and don't trust the sales pitch.
