Having four herniated cervical discs have tried multiple pillows and the groove Pillow by far gives me a full night's rest. I bring it with me when I travel to the hotel so I don't wake up with neck pain and aches. I highly recommend this pillow after trying many!

Great pillow! Has made the world of difference- a much more comfortable sleep and less pain in my neck at night. I have bought two others for family members and will keep on spreading the word!

I used to have pins and needles in my hands and feet but since I started using the groove pillow they have become a memory I also found my breathing has improved at night as I am 87years old I am surprised at the benefits in such a little change thank you

Decent customer service from folk at Groove pillow. Contrary to what they say this pillow is only for back sleepers in my opinion. Neck pain worse when sleeping on side but it goes away when I’m in my back. All in all it’s a good pillow to have on rotation when in flare up but ultimately I’m still on the lookout for a new pillow as I despise sleeping on my back.

Having noticed more morning head aches, and lower back pain even after purchasing a £3k mattress, and being a Pilates teacher, I realised that I could upgrade my pillow and see if it helps.

It was a bit of a minefield but after a telegraph pillow review, I checked out groove.

I’ve given it a week and started on the lowest level, adding in one increment a couple of days ago.

I have slept a full 7 hours, with no waking up, for that full week and I’m amazed!! My neck, and lower back, feel 80 percent improved. I’m not stretching my neck and I definitely don’t feel as headachy (I’m a migraine sufferer) I think long term this will be amazing as it will reduce my costs on osteopathy. I will, of course, continue my own Pilates journey to stay strong but I had underestimated the importance of a decent pillow!

Thanks groove- the 100 day trial was the cherry on the top - and meant I felt safe trying.

I was very disappointed with this pillow. I gave it several weeks but pain worse. Would not recommend.

I ordered the products and they arrived the next day! I love using these pillows as they help with my posture and my recurring neck / shoulder pain. I got a second set for my motorhome because I missed the ones at home so much! They helped with the headaches I was getting while away. Would highly recommend this company

After having the Groove pillow for a few weeks my neck pain is very reduced, especially in the mornings. My daily posture is not great and leads to pain, but now my sleeping posture is great and I awake pain free. I am also able to stay asleep by not having to readjust my pillow several times during the night.

Great pillow, it’s so comfortable and helped reduce my neck pain. I also slept much better.
The pillow arrived boxed well and vacuum packed. It comes with a lovely white soft cushioning cover which can be removed and washed.
Very happy with my purchase.

Ordered the grove neck support pillow, unfortunately it didn’t help and made my back pain worse, I think it was due to it being to low, but CS were more than helpful with their guarantee, this gave me peace of mind and made me feel valued as a customer, they genuinely want to help not just take your money, so if you have any issues I would recommend reaching out to them, I have returned my pillow and now in the process of exchanging it while putting money towards a more fuller pillow, they have been more than helpful and I would definitely recommend to my friends and family.

I have constant neck pain due to a tear in my shoulder and used to toss and turn unable to get comfortable
I have tried many many pillows and none worked.! This pillow allowed me to adjust the height which was perfect .

This pillow has a very good shape - it might be better designed for back sleepers than side sleepers. However I also sleep on my side and I have no issues. It has a removable cover which makes it easy to keep clean and fits into a standard pillow case as well.
Ordering and delivery were also a good experience.

The customer service of Groove Pillows is outstanding. The speed and tone of their communications are exemplary. Unfortunately, we had to return the pillow but not because of any fault with the product, and, true to its word, Groove issued the refund without hesitation and even before they had inspected the pillow. I’d have no qualms recommending this company and its products in future.

I’m writing feedback after 2 years of using this pillow. I developed a terrible pain on my left side, neck and shoulder and left arm. It was excruciating. Conveniently close to the end of the 2 year warranty period. I’ve been emailing them and they have delayed responding to me by days each time asking me ridiculous questions and telling me they wouldn’t be able to honour the replacement if it were outside of the warranty period. I know for a fact that it was the pillow causing this pain because I stayed at a hotel for a week and the pain went away. I used the pillow again for 2 days when I got back and the pain started again. I started using my old feather pillow and the pain has almost gone. I believe the pillows are cheap rubbish mass produced in China and masquerading as a U.K. based company. For £29.95 it is a complete waste of money. Don’t waste your money on this rubbish!

I’m replying to their reply: it was for under 2 years, conveniently just before the warranty runs out. I’ve been emailing and emailing and they’ve been delaying about sending a replacement and honouring the warranty period. There have been no changes in usage at all. You should honour the warranty and send me a replacement.

Update: after A LOT of back and forth they finally agreed to honouring the warranty. It was exhausting though and I’ve never had so much trouble with any company in my life with honouring a warranty.

The Groove pillow seemed really promising at the beginning, however after a few days of use, my neck and back started to hurt a lot. There have been nights I can't sleep at all, waking up in the middle of the night with neck and back pain that won't let me get comfortable and go back to sleep. There have been a couple of days that I woke up with a neck pain so severe I couldn't turn my head and had to spend the day with painkillers just to stand the pain. I emailed Groove about this, they just asked me questions about my sleeping position and suggested putting a towel or other material underneath the pillow, none of which worked. I switched pillows for a few nights with my partner to see if it were just me; however, my partner woke up with awful neck pain every night he used Groove, while I, on the other hand, finally managed to get some proper sleep with his memory foam pillow of a different well-known brand. I don't understand how a pillow that promises to ''reduce neck pain'' can actually make it so much worse. Yesterday, I decided to see my physiotherapist about it, who said that the pillow is probably not firm enough. I'll just have to spend money on another pillow. I can't recommend Groove.

I had a memory foam pillow prior to the Groove pillow and it was only OK. The shape of the Groove pillow certainly makes a difference and highly recommend if you're looking for an upgrade and suffer from a stiff neck, as I did.

I LOVE THIS PILLOW. I have no neck pain at all when I use it. The only issue I've got is that I now find all other pillows more uncomfortable!

Never has my neck and back pain been worse. I've been using it for two months now. I was really happy with the quality of the pillow's material when it arrived (with severe delays). When I lay down on my back at first, it felt great. But the first couple of nights, I kept waking up because it felt so uncomfortable to rest my head. I'm a side sleeper. Two months on, I keep waking up with a stiff neck, and my back hurts throughout the day. They delete all the negative comments on their socials.

The silk pillowcases are nothing to boast about either.

I picked this company because I’ve used so many pillows and they had 100 day money back guarantee which I thought was great and discussed it with them several times before I bought. i’m afraid I didn’t get on with a pillow and it made my headaches and neck worse so I wanted to return you get your money back if you send the pillow back which is fine but it’s at your own cost. I spent £47 it’s £20 to send back or they offer you half your money back and keep the pillow.!!!! you also have to send it back in its original box it comes vacuum packed!!!
yes I’m aware of the advice you’ve given but it needs to be made clearer to people. It is not very easy to get back in the box and it is at the cost of the customer the packaging posting which can be up to £20 which I’ve also paid for 4.95 for it to be delivered. So if you don’t return, you’ll get 50% back, which is not right.!!!!! I suggest you make this more upfront with your customers when they decide to buy

I got my pillows a few years ago now,and I must admit I never write reviews but they've been one of the best things I've invested in.
Sounds ott I know but they've never lost shape or disappointed.
Whenever we travel or have nights away I can't believe the difference in my sleep,and I'm still trying to think of ways I can take my groove with me.
I do recall it took a few nights to get used to but after that plain sailing and I couldn't be without it now 😀
