I've found the Groove pillow to be very comfortable to sleep on. Each day my neck and lower back improve and after approximately 2 weeks of using it I now have very little pain. It's reasonably priced in comparison with some other neck pillows. I would definitely recommend it.

Stopped a week old headache. Such a relief. Will be using this every night until it wears out. Then hopefully will get a new one.

At first I wasn't sure if the Groove pillow would help me as I suffer from multiple herniated disks in my neck. But I was proved wrong! Having used my Groove pillow for a couple of weeks now, I can honestly say I'm so glad I bought it!! I've tried a few different types of pillows since my neck issues began and nothing seemed to work. But my Groove pillow really does reduce the pain in my neck and helps me get better sleep. I would recommend this pillow to anyone who suffers from neck/back pain as it does seem to do what it claims.

Took me around three nights to get used to the pillow but I absolutely love it. I have had my Groove pillow a couple of months now. Just the right degree of support and comfort. Never thought I’d find a pillow this comfy - have had neck problems for years and got through quite a few pillows until now.

It’s taken me 53 years but eventually found the absolute perfect pillow. And I’m not saying that lightly. It doesn’t matter which way you sleep this does it all. I’m currently under the care of an upper cervical specialist who recommended (told me) to get this pillow. Also said I need to start training myself to sleep on my back as this is going to help with my neck/spine realignment needs. Difficult for me as I’m traditionally a side sleeper. However, within a little over a week, I am pretty much sleeping on my back and feeling the benefits. This pillow makes it easy as the shape holds your head into place perfectly. If you tilt your head to either side, there’s no normal plumping up of the pillow required. The shape of Groove gives the perfect shape for you to rest your head and is SO comfortable (in any position!) Equally if you do want to sleep on your side this is covered as well. Simply place your head on whichever side you wish, out of the groove ie the dip in the centre; closer to the edge of pillow and this is raised slightly meaning your neck is straight as it should be while sleeping on your side. The angled groove underneath is also the perfect shape for your shoulder to fit snuggly into. It’s brilliant. The pillow is just ‘already’ in exactly the shape you need it, where you need it, when you need it. Without having to reshape or plump. Can’t recommend it highly enough. Everyone should have one. I know the benefits are just going to get better and better as my spine and body adapt and adjust as will my sleep. 5 stars. The only thing that would be nice is to be able to order the pillow cases you want when you want which don’t seem to be in stock. I’ve been trying to order the silk fitted case but still unable to at the moment (?) Small thing and doesn’t effect the use of the pillow which comes with a removable washable cover anyway.

I cannot believe the difference after only two nights sleep,no neck pain or sinus headache that I normally have in the mornings...

The first night I used the Groove Pillow, I didn't really have any expectations as I had read the reviews and was aware it could take a bit of time to feel any benefits. But after that first night, I awoke with no neck pain and felt fantastic! I absolutely love getting into bed and settling my head into the groove; it feels so nice! I am mostly a side sleeper and this pillow really works for sleeping that way too as there is an indentation on both sides for my shoulders to snuggle under without lifting the pillow and my head and neck are fully supported. I am very pleased with the pillow and really glad I bought it. Thank you!

For the first in a long time I have woken without a stiff neck. My neck muscles are looser and I no longer wake up with pins and needles in my hands!

I bought this really as a last resort. I’ve had chronic neck and shoulder pain for the past six months and my sleep was very disturbed. I have slept so much better with the Groove Pillow and I absolutely intend to continue to use it wherever I go now. There are some really expensive versions of this type of pillow out there. I can’t believe how brilliant this one is at the price. Would definitely recommend 👍🏻

The neck pain pillow worked really well. It’s just far easier to get comfortable so I feel that my sleep quality has been higher.

This pillow is great. I have a longstanding shoulder injury. This pillow has helped massivley as it does what it sais on the box. I have also noticed that I sleep better. I am not tossing and turning so much. The pillow is also cheaper than some of its contenders. The quality is really great.

These pillows are incredible! The shape for sleeping on both sides is so comfortable. I get some of the best sleep and my neck and back feel great. Exactly as described on their website.

I had read all the 'hype' about these pillows and found it hard to believe when people said it changed their lives. Rather o.t.t. I thought. My daughter and son-in-law have these pillows. I have been a restless sleeper for years. They said they could recommend them and I should give one a try. So I did. Well, how wrong I was. Unbelievable. The first night I slept from 22.30 to 06.30. I thought this must be a coincidence. The second night I read in bed until midnight, went straight to sleep, and awoke at 06.30. I used to dread going to bed knowing I would be laid there for hours before 'getting off'. Now I can't wait for the third night! Feeling more refreshed already.

Ok. I gave this pillow a year and this is my honest review. I am a back sleeper. I bought this pillow hoping that it would relieve my neck pain. This first night I used it, I thought this size was not for me. The pillow looked thicker (height wise) in person than on the website. The middle groove looked more depressed on the website than in person. I was so uncomfortable all night that the next day I thought of just returning it. Come to know that you have to pay for shipping for returning the pillow and USPS estimated it to be $20 something bucks. That’s almost half of what the pillow cost. So I tried it again the next night. It was a little bit better - not great but better than the first night. After a couple of weeks of use, I find that I have to switch the groove pillow with my regular pillow because my neck gets stiff from the height of the middle groove. Then after a week, I switch back to the groove pillow because my neck would get sore from my regular pillow. To make this story short, I have invested a lot of money for a pillow to relieve my neck pain. I go back and forth with my regular pillow and the groove pillow because I cannot afford to get a new pillow. Bottom line. I know there is something better out there for neck pain. I just have to keep doing more research. The thing is so many claim to relieve neck pain but the cost of trying it is so discouraging because it might just end up in rotation with the rest of not so great pillows.
They wrote me back and said that they can help me explore ways to enhance the pillow. I’m not really sure how else I can explore ways to make this stiff pillow work. Good news though, I found a pillow at Costco, the Hotel Grand for 2queens for $18.99. Sure relieved my stiff neck from using the Groove pillow. And I am happy to say that I have put away the groove pillow for good.

In your response to my initial review on your website, you suggested, “perhaps adjusting how it’s positioned or paired with your current pillow could make a difference.” First of all, how else could I possibly adjust the pillow’s positioning? There is no other way to position it than where my head would lay.
I did not bother to reply to your customer service because it seemed that the only option was a refund. However, your policy indicated that I would not receive a full refund due to my responsibility for the return shipping, which would cover half the cost of the pillow.
I wrote another review on Trustpilot because my original review was never published on your website. I find it concerning that a 1-star review would be excluded. This led me to realize that Groove Pillow seems to prioritize positive reviews over transparency with customers. As of now, my review is still not published.
Your response to my review on Trustpilot states, “It’s important to use the Groove Pillow consistently to experience its full benefits.” This response suggests that Groove Pillow does not consider the comfort of its customers. The reality is that the pillow either works for some people or it doesn’t—period. Unfortunately, it did not work for me, and I have accepted that. However, dismissing my discomfort and neck pain after using your pillow is troubling. Your suggestion to "keep using it" felt dismissive of my pain.
Please do not respond with further suggestions; they do not help. What customers truly want is to be heard and to feel empathy. An acknowledgment of my experience and an apology for the situation would be far more beneficial than advice to continue using a product that has caused discomfort. Your current suggestions, given my experience, seem completely irresponsible.

This pillow is amazing!! Before i got this i would regularly have neck ache and headaches when i woke up. Not now! My sleep seems more restful and i feel more awake in the mornings. It does take getting used to initially but it is worth sticking with!

Really worked for me
I have a neck injury that often flares up after turning the wrong way during sleep. I ordered the pillow out of desperation and have to say I am always dubious of products advertised on social media... but this really works. If like me you have a neck injury this will find the pillow comfortable and supportive in a way that other pillows are not. It supports you against harsh movements left, right and laterally and has actually encouraged and made it easier to sleep on my back (something I have tried but not had much success with). Well worth the money.
