I have purchased a groove pillow for my therapy room to aid relaxation and comfort.
After trying the pillow I have selfishly decided to keep it for myself. It is better than my regular nearly £ 100 pillow.
Delivery was also quick. I am very impressed and will be buying again:)

I Thought the original Groove pillow was great, The adjustable Groove pillow is a game changer. I get a deeper sleep for longer and the inserts are perfect for me, much more comfortable. I would highly recommend the Adjustable Groove pillow to anyone.

Having suffered from constant neck and shoulder pain for a couple of years. Tried heat treatment, massage and chiropractor, but nothing helped for long. One day an advert for the Groove pillow flashed up on my social media and it looked promising. Reviews were really good and they offered a 100 day money back guarantee so couldn't go wrong. Pillow arrived, took a couple of nights to get used to because it is firm, but within two nights my pain was improving and a week later, I have no neck or shoulder pain. All gone. Groove pillow supports your head , taking the strain off your neck. Quite logical and simple, but it works really well. Would definitely recommend. Thank you Groove!

Great pillows.

Not very happy, I requested to send my pilllows back for a refund under the 100 day no quibble guarantee 15th December, but got a reply with useful tips and to try a little longer.
Well I have and still they are not comfortable for me or my husband.
I contacted customer services again, but have had no response. They said they’d get back to me within a couple of hours, but that was 2 days ago, and again this morning.
So what now ? They have no phone number to contact, so very annoyed.
Please be aware of this before purchasing, I definitely wouldn’t have ordered them if I’d have known I’d have this much trouble trying to send back

The Groove Pillow really improved my rest quality. After sleeping on this pillow my neck pain went away and my shoulders felt much better too! The company quickly sent my pillow to me. I am a very happy customer who feels better too!

I have an autoimmune condition called ankylosing spondylitis and one of the effects of this is tension type migraines during my sleep which I’ve suffered with for over ten years. Poor neck position triggers the headaches during sleep and I’ve tried over ten pillows from memory foam to feathered pillows…none have worked. I bought the Groove pillow a few months ago to try yet another style of pillow. There was no change in my headaches for the first week, but then something changed one night and I woke up feeling great with no headache as I normally would. I thought it was a one off but the second night was also headaches free and the third and so it continued. It’s now been approximately two months of using this pillow and quite honestly it’s changed my life for the better. After that first week of use, I’ve not had one single headache during my sleep or when I wake up. Ten years of pain gone because of a pillow! I didn’t want to put a review on too soon and wanted to make sure this wasn’t just a phase, but I’ve never been this pain free from headaches in the past ten years. The design of the pillow looks strange but it clearly works and made my quality of life so much better. If you buy one, persevere with it for a week or so like I did. I can’t put a price on how much better I sleep because of it…thank you so much for making this pillow and I’m so glad I decided just to give it a go.

Had no real expectation that it would do any good but was surprised and relieved that the pillow made a big difference and the pain in my neck became much easier to cope with

I was quite sceptical as the price point was more affordable than other pillows that I had researched. It was delivered scrunched up in a small box and was a funny little square pillow, but for all of that I would say it has definitely afforded me a better night's sleep and surprisingly I adjusted to it straight away. A great pillow if you have neck problems.

Fantastic company, quick delivery from when I first ordered and kept up to date of my pillows journey, absolutely did not disappoint when it arrived either, packed well with handy little tips and info for getting good use of the pillow, it’s like sleeping in heaven and didn’t think any of these kinds of pillows would work, but groove pillow is a must buy if you want to be reacquainted with good old sleep again! Has made a huge difference in my sleep quality . The back pain due to TMj has gone down significantly and I am able to sleep on the side and wake up without jaw tightness !

My son got me a Groove pillow for Christmas last year. I absolutely love it. Sorted my dodgey neck right out. Now plan to purchase some pillow cases. Would highly recommend the Groove pillow.

I bought it due to constant neck and shoulder pain . My pain have subsided though not fully gone . They are very comfortable. I bought the silk pillowcase to go with it and it’s been great .

A problem I had with the groove pillow travel bag was dealt with quickly .

After a recommendation from a family member, I purchased 2 Groove pillows, one for me who has/had neck pain and one for my husband. That was 2 weeks ago and I can honestly say there's a huge improvement.

These pillows are the only ones which let me sleep free of a cervical collar and still wake without intrusive neck pain and stiffness. The shape of the pillow allows me to change from "sort of" side sleeping to back sleeping and still support my head and neck correctly. Could be a little firmer for me, but I'm quite possibly nearer the extreme end of neck issues than many people, and still are by far the best I've found after trying many differing options.

Excellent pillows tried and tested . Purchased two of these as was on offer for a great price been using mine now for a few days and must say I am very impressed with the quality and how well they support your head in the right position for a good nights sleep I would definitely recommend this product over other brands that I’ve tried recently (and returned)
