BOUGHT JACKET ON LINE
Bought a jacket which was too small on line, returned it to store and staff were very helpful and I came away with a suitable jacket, even only waited a couple of days for refund to be back in my bank which I was happy with would recommend a visit to store if you don't want to use on line

Good product and good customer service
Really nice coat. Cheaper than I found elsewhere for same item. Some delay in delivery due to postal strikes, but when I rang helpline the person I spoke to was able to track and was really helpful
