Really great. Turned up early with a 4 man crew, were fast, careful, experienced, prepared and almost overly polite ! Highly recommended.

Fantastic service. Robert, Paul and jack were super helpful, friendly and efficient and weren’t phased by my disorganized packing. They make the whole stressful move experience so much better - I’d highly recommend them.

This company made what is considered to be one of the most stressful things in life astonishingly easy. In just a few hours our old home was completely emptied and everything was installed into our new home - and that includes a 45 min drive!
The service was incredible, all the guys very friendly - nothing was too much and we didn’t have to lift a finger! Cannot recommend them enough.

Moving is never fun, but Grays makes it a fantastic, stress-free experience. I truly mean it when I say Grays saved our life. Not only did they pack up all of our things, they also moved them out of a 5 story walk up, and into our new home across town. They disassembled and reassembled all the furniture with care and were thoughtful and patient with us as we decided where to put it in our new home. The team always had smiles on their faces and never complained - they're clearly treated very well by the company. The family that owns the company was also there working hard. I loved supporting a family owned business full of kind, hardworking people with a friendly team. Small shout out to Tricia who organized the day for us - she's a legend! Without a doubt, I highly recommend using this company for your packing and moving needs - they're the BEST!

We had a stress free move with Grays. Very responsive with providing a quote through to packing and moving. We now also have storage with them as they have delivered a great service throughout!

We have moved, 18 times, by car,van, removals, including self and removal packaged.Grays filled 2 lorries with everything packed over 2 days. They packed over 100 boxes and there were no breakages. They had to remove the doors and ice and water system from my American fridge freezer, it was put back together with no problems. The crew were at all times, polite, professional and experts at removal. Their quote was very competitive and having seen their outstanding achievement was if anything under priced.

Made my move so easy. The main lady Tricia is exceptionally professional and always happy to help you with whatever you need.
I realized I left something important in storage and they are organising the retrieval of this. Amazing!

This is our second move with Grays, and once more they excelled themselves. Moving house is super stressful, and it’s an ending and a beginning too so it’s emotional - but the team handled it all (and us!) with amazing patience, respect and generosity. They are also great people to talk to, and that was a big part of the day for us. They are absolutely superb, and I cannot recommend them too highly.

Their flexible, helpful approach made things easy. They helped with figuring out how many boxes, adding on as needed and arranged a pre-move rubbish dump. Their movers were polite, helpful, and strong. They worked super hard in the summer heat.

The team from Grays Removals were absolutely lovely and did a terrific job. They were so professional and worked so hard, getting the job done quickly and efficiently - I couldn't have asked for a better team. They were even able to take apart my ikea sofa bed and put it back together with no hassle, which I could never have done on my own! I definitely recommend them to anyone and I'm enormously grateful to them for making moving house such a pain free experience.

I’ve had the pleasure of using Grays a couple of times in recent years with this months moves from two separate locations to a single new house being the most recent.

The guys did a very professional job moving us to our new home. From the first day of the initial quote to removal day they were all so incredibily helpful ( people in the office and loaders and drivers ) , reassuring and totally professional .
