Great service! The van came in time. The guys were very friendly and definitely knew their job. There were some mistakes from my side when filling in the form for removal however that was sorted out without any issues. I just was kindly explained why that kind of mistake might lead to rebooking the service next time. Overall very positive experience.

The gentleman who helped us move were such a great help. They made the whole process so easy and simple and were a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend anyone to use this company especially if you're moving homes. I'll definitely be in touch in the future when I have to move again. Thanks so much once again.

Excellent service, took great care and extra attention to put furniture exactly where we wanted it especially with our limited mobility. Came early and very quickly moved our furniture onto their truck without feeling rushed.

Fantastic service from Grays, making moving house as stress free as it could be. We were unsure whether we needed a straight move or to go into storage. From the first phone call Tricia was amazing explaining everything in detail for all eventualities, putting my mind at ease so we had one less thing to worry about. We ended up using the removal and storage service, Paul and the team onsite were brilliant on both move days. Cannot recommend Grays highly enough. Thank you!

We moved with Grays 3 weeks ago and could not fault the service. The team were lovely, careful and extremely efficient. Unfortunately, can't remember names but had a team of about 6 men - all excellent.

Had a fantastic move with Grays. They were really flexible with booking me in as my date kept changing & were excellent at answering all my questions ahead of the moving day. On the day they were really friendly, careful with all my belongings, brought protective matts and materials to cover carpets and protect my belongings. Really efficient and friendly company! Absolutely fantastic service. Right from the day they came to visit to give the quote to organising the dates (we had lots of uncertainty which they facilitated without a blink) to carrying out the packing operation to the removal, everything was exceptional. Very friendly and hard-working team. 100% recommend for a goods experience

I cannot recommend Grays highly enough. We had a complex move in several stages involving three houses in three cities and things in and out of storage across 18 months. The team were absolutely brilliant. Tricia in the office was always helpful, always calm when we had to keep changing dates due to the inevitable buyer and builder dramas. Robert who led the removals guys is a proper gentleman, and the Grays team are ultimate professionals. I’d give them 6 stars if I could.

From initial call to the last box delivered, the team were professional, kind and supportive. Moving is always stressful and costly but we are so glad that we invested in a professional removal service to make everything so much easier. Tricia was a great help arranging everything, Robert senior came to give a quote which meant we knew what we were dealing with and how much it would cost upfront. The day before the move we had Pat and Mark pack up, they packed a 2 bed flat in 5 hours, it would have taken me a full week. Even through the rain and 3 flights of Victorian stairs, the team were positive and reassured me through my anxiety. Robert, Robert junior, Paul and Pat were truly fantastic. They couldn’t have done enough to help, it felt like we were apart of an extended family and we were well looked after.
On arrival, nothing was broken or damaged, they were careful not to damage the properties.
Overall it was a good investment, it saved so much stress and arguments and it’s great to be in our new home before Christmas.
