Rented an apartment Maberly Lux and it is quite lovely. Big size, well decorated, clean and close to the city (10 mins walk to centre). Very happy with my choice.

Spent 3 nights here with my wife and 3 kids, apartment was spotless and absolutely beautiful, comfy beds and a great location, we have really enjoyed our stay here and will definitely be booking again with Grampian lettings.

My family and I throughly enjoyed staying at roslin place. The host has created a space that is both aesthetically pleasing along with including amenities to allow an enjoyable time. We totally recommend this place and hope to come back again.

Lovely apartment with everything we needed for our stay. Very clean and spacious. Great location we especially loved the view of the harbour. Parking is an added bonus although second car parked for free on street close by.

Beautiful place. The staff was very responsive, the view was great, and it was within 7 minute walk to lots of Cafe and great restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

Unfortunately when we arrived the unit was not particularly clean and there was a distinct smell of cigarette smoke. The double bed was ok to sleep on however the linen and quilt were not of a high standard. The kitchen was not very stocked with basic condiments including coffee, cooking oil etc.

Great location, lovely flat, really well equipped with the benefit of secure parking. Only criticism is that bedrooms quite light overnight as blinds didn’t keep midsummer light pug very well. Would definitely recommend and stay again

Wonderful get-away for a long weekend. Large living space with good WiFi, entertainment and incredible view via huge windows. Superb locations - everything within a short walking distance. Will definitely come back as I'm up in Aberdeen often and this is the best place I've stayed so far.

Very light and spacious accommodation. Great view from the window! The flat has everything that one would need. Great experience with easy checking and checkout. Walking distance from the city center.

Fantastic apartment, plenty of thought & effort by the management to provide the best experience possible. All of our needs were well catered for. The apartment was spotless & in a great location...a very short walk into the heart of the city & 10 mins to Aberdeen’s fantastic beach. We will be returning to Aberdeen & hope this apartment is available for our stay. 5 star rating from us, well done & Thankyou.

We adored the apartment, amazing views, easy to walk to the shops (only about 10 minutes away). Lovely part of the city, everyone is very friendly and will give recommendations for the pubs. The place is exactly as described, clean, organized, and a pleasant place to stay.

The only minor things I would add are bigger softer towels and more of them, for us girls with long hair!

Fabulous apartment overlooking the harbour with plenty of boats to see! Got use of the balcony too which was an added bonus. Welcome pack and gifts was a nice touch, thank you. Comfortable and very well furnished all round.

Small feedback would be a little fold away table for a drink on the balcony and oven gloves, otherwise perfect.

Great apartment, good view and great experience. I loved experiencing Aberdeen and the apartment made it amazing, the beds where 10/10 and it comes with everything you need! Would defos recommend.

A very well-laid out apartment; loads of room, high ceilings and brilliant views across the Aberdeen skyline. Instructions for getting in all very clear and underground parking in a secure garage is a plus. Everything well-stocked and the apartment has everything you could need. V good service from Grampian.

Amazing appartement, well decorated, friendly hospitality. Shower, kitchen and beds where perfect. Orientation on the centre of Aberdeen is great. One thing, livingroom, toilet and bathroom are done stairs. For elderly people difficult. No curten in living room when you want/need to sleep in de living room couch bed.

Excellent flat. Very clean and tidy and great location. Good communication in lead up to stay. Would highly recommend.

Fabulous apartment... Very stylish and every need met... Loved the quirky and finer touches such as the fridge magnet, and info sheets that had a checklist to remind you to steal the toiletries 😂😂😂. Hosts Edwin and Arthur were very quick to respond to any questions and went out of their way to assist. Definitely book again for a stay in Aberdeen. Thanks gentlemen... Beautiful apartment x

Correspondence was professional and courteous and answered quickly. Very spacious and well equipped apartment in a great location that met all our needs as a family of 3 visiting Aberdeen for a week. Secure underground parking (2 spaces) is an added bonus. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful apartment. Very clean and spacious. Comfortable and quiet with a wonderful view of the comings and goings in the busy harbour. Warm and cozy in this apartment 👍
