Good communication from the host and a lovely property. A great place to stay.

Perfect location. Very helpful and friendly people, nothing was too much trouble. Well maintained, comfy and warm. Has all you need. Excellent value.

This was a great property in terms of location (close to the conference centre and town centre), cleanliness and price. The flat has most things needed and is well presented as per the photos. It is a quiet road and well lit for walking at night. Car parking is only 5 mins walk away on another residential road. Youcef and his team were very responsive and I would definitely stay there again, thanks.

We had a lovely two night stay at Hill Rise Avenue, which was a self contained mini-lodge in a private garden. It was easy to find, self-check in and a short 20 mins walk into Harrogate.
Great facilities, modern and comfortable with a private outdoor space to sit in.
We will be back!

We recently stayed in a lovely little Airbnb apartment in Harrogate and had a fantastic experience. The apartment was spotlessly clean, wonderfully spacious yet still cosy, and had plenty of room for the three of us to relax comfortably.

The kitchen was very well equipped with everything we could possibly need, although we ended up eating out most of the time. The coffee machine was a real added bonus and made our mornings feel extra special. The house itself was peaceful and quiet, and the beds were extremely comfortable – we all slept really well throughout our stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed exploring Harrogate. A walk around Valley Gardens was a definite highlight, and we had a gorgeous breakfast at The Farmers that we’d highly recommend.

Overall, we had a wonderful stay and wouldn’t hesitate to visit again!

Excellent accommodation in pleasant surroundings and very handily situated for the centre of Harrogate. Parking on the road outside the property is easy and a bonus. The garden studio is clean and spacious, the kitchenette is well stocked for making a home cooked meal instead of eating out. Cleaning products are provided. The bathroom is clean and modern with a superb power shower. Bottled shampoos and soaps are provided in case you have forgotten your own, along with clean towels. The large double bed is very comfortable with clean bed linen. Check in and out is easy and simple with a key guard. A large TV screen and wifi for indoors entertainment, instruction manuals (both hard paper copies and QR codes) are provided.

Excellent accommodation 5 stars is not enough!! The apartment was clean upon arrival and had everything you could possibly need as well as a nice welcome basket full of goodies for our stay. The location is perfect and central to Harrogate as well as remains quiet and comfortable within the heart of the town. The staff could not do enough for you throughout the stay and always check in going above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need and that you’re having a great time. I would highly recommend staying at the apartments they’re modern, relaxing and good value for money. I have visited and stayed in Harrogate many times in high standard hotels and have been left disappointed on many occasions therefore I chose downtown studios on my most recent visit and I can honestly not fault my stay to the point if I could have extended my trip I would have done. The staff have excellent communication from booking to checking out and ensured we received an enjoyable experience. I would like to say thank you to the team for making our stay a relaxing experience we will definitely be back.

An amazing apartment, clean, everything that anyone would need is provided. Lovely and informative host providing details of places to eat, where to visit around the area. Had a lovely welcome basket on arrival which is a lovely touch. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

We stayed in the ground floor Mayfield Grove property in Harrogate and it was perfect! The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed for our stay. The hosts even left us a hamper including pasta, biscuits, crisps and toothbrushes, which was lovely. Prior to and throughout our stay, we were given very helpful information on checking in and out, and the local area, including favourite eateries, things to do, numbers for taxi companies, etc. The hosts were so kind and helpful and I would really recommend staying in one of their properties. 5 stars!
