We recently purchased a property through the team in Stockton On Tees. The team were very friendly and helpful with all questions and enquiries and I would be happy to use them again in the future.

Outstanding service from start to finish when selling our house. The photos were very professional and marketing was excellent. The staff are all very professional, helpful and worked tirelessly to achieve the best price for us. We wouldn't hesitate to use their services again and recommend whole heartedly to others.

They did all the viewings on the property. Kept up to date with all viewings, feedback from viewings and offers on the property.

At the beginning of the process all staff were extremely helpful and approachable, however as the sale of the property progressed I think they forgot that I was the client and paying the bill NOT the buyer of the property, moving day and several calls asking when I would be out of the property as it was no longer mine! This was prior to money completing being exchanged and key hand over.

This is the second time I have used Gowland White, albeit 13 years apart. The service is fabulous, the price is fair and they help put you in touch with solicitors.
By fair and away the best attribute is the girls and their communication. They were fabulous with me. I didn't once have to chase anything, they send out constant updates, were available for advice and also to chat when I needed guidance. They are an incredibly slick team. If someone is off, then someone else picks up the emails and provides a response. All of the staff are incredibly friendly and walk you through the stages of the selling process to put your mind as ease. Even the initial valuation was better than a competitor we had round for a comparison quote. Gowland White came prepared, had researched the area and brought information round of other similar houses in the area and shared those selling prices so that we could make an informed decision. When we agreed on a price, Gowland White suggested we go a little higher. They were going to get the same commission either way, but it was nice to see that they wanted us to sell for higher to make more money. That certainly wasn't the experience with the other local estate agent.
I would very much recommend Gowland White, and I personally would now not go anywhere else.

After a terrible experience with a previous estate agent I came to Gowland and White highly stressed and hoping for a quick sale so we didn’t lose another house we had put an offer in. Within 48 hours our home was listed with them and they gave us an incentive to use and trust them. The property was sold in less than a fortnight with the first viewer offering full asking price. They were not only helpful in selling the property, but they supported me through the whole process behind the scenes too. Keeping in regular contact, chasing both mine and the buyer’s solicitors for updates and pushing the sale through. They gave me advice throughout and advocated for me. I can’t recommend them enough, nor can I thank them for getting the sale so quickly so we haven’t lost our dream home!
