GO Outdoors - Wakefield Recensioni 

We had a fantastic experience at Go Outdoors in Wakefield, thanks to Leeann. She was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to help us find and choose all the camping equipment we needed. She was friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and made the whole experience so easy.

A huge thank you to Leeann for all her help, she is a real credit to the store!

Went to look for a jacket that I had seen online but wasn’t on shop floor. Emily was very helpful in getting that from the warehouse and she also recommended 2 others made by Rab.
She also checked online to see if we could get the colour we were after.
Very impressed with her customer service and I always find that the Wakefield branch staff are always very helpful even if they are busy.

A great well stocked store with almost everything you need. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Especially EMMA who always has a lovely smile and is very helpful and full of customer service, however busy it is.

I like so many things you can choose you can find nearly everything you looking for very helpful staff.
But I very dislike the car park it seems it had better days it is hard to see the car spaces and it is very dangerous for car expansion you need to drive very slow so many holes

I went to drop an ups parcel off, when I got there they did not have a printer.
Evie the girl that dealt with me went far beyond what she needed to, to try help and find somewhere with a printer.

Got a bunch of discounts with my DofE discount card so that helped affording the countless amount of things we bought and a lot of the kit needed for my DofE Bronze Expedition was specifically recommended for DofE Expeditions too so most of my kit will be very useful. Will definitely come here again to buy clothing for DofE Bronze Expedition and also we got some assistance from Ruth who was a very kind and assistive individual and probably one of the most helpful and generous store-workers I’ve ever met in my life and she is also the reason I’m making this review because she gave us a slip with a QR code so I could make a review. Overall 10/10 experience and I would recommend.

Ruth was brilliant on my recent visit. I was struggling with signal while trying to get my son some hiking boots and she told me where is best to get signal. She helped advise me of a good type of hiking boots and helped me collect them. She was very knowledgeable and helpful 🙂

Always great and has something for every price category. Their application of sales and member prices is amazing my first ever saving blew my mind. I got nearly £500 quids worth of gear for 250 quid.

After ringing round a few stores to find an item, I eventually found one in Wakefield a lovely lady called Ruth answered the phone and agreed to save the item for me to pick up later that day.
On arrival at the store I was greeted by Ruth who got the item for me, whilst I was in the store she was more than happy to help me out with other requests and questions, she is a credit to the store with her lovely friendly attitude and great customer service

Visited to buy some chairs and clothes. Ruth was really helpful and offered to move the heavier items we were carrying to the front desk so we could continue to shop in the clothes section. And when I forgot I could use my NHS discount, Daniella was very helpful in returning some items and reputation them through so I could save £14. Something that could have been embarrassing and a bit of a faff was made easy and well managed. So thank you!

I visited today with my mum she is struggling with her feet, Andy C was very helpful in finding her some walking boots and socks he was very patient and informative. Thanks to Emma at the till was a great shopping experience today:)

Easy to order online and was kept informed of status of delivery.
One of my purchases came too late for me to use (it was a gamble) and it was easy to return.
Over the years I've also spent hundreds of pounds in store and have always been very happy.

Jack, firstly well done, you handled the angry gentleman in a calm and professional manner. There was no need for him to speak to you as he did..

Very big store, has a great selection for camping from tents to sleeping mats and bags and lots of clothes to choose from.
We were served by Leeann who was very helpful and a nice person to talk to.
