I attended the wakefield store today in order to purchase stocks for the rough sleeper team in Wakefield. i was served by Dee and Emma. both ladies were incredibly helpful and gave me a little extra discount to help our budget stretch further and help more people.

I visited your store on 6 Aug for some…
I visited your store on 6 Aug for some insoles for my walking boots. The insoles were very high up on the shelf and I couldn’t reach them. Rob in footwear was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I got the right pair. Top marks to him - I would have gone home without buying anything if it hadn’t been for his help.

The staff, especially Ruth was very helpful and polite. Ruth helped us find what we came in for.

Lead time for order fulfilment at ten…
Lead time for order fulfilment at ten days is longer than market standard. When I collected the item, the stores EPOS systems were down...but the staff rallied to pick my order. Competitive price and happy with product.
