Max was efficient and informative, Amelia was polite and helpful at the till.

I was seen and helped by someone quickly. I was buying walking shoes, and I normally have a problem getting shoes which fit (slightly different sized feet), yet the first pair I tried left the shop with me.

There was a member of staff who was extremely helpful, Sofia went above and beyond to ensure I had all the information needed to purchase the perfect item.

My husband and I purchased a tent this week which was ex-display and a pair of trainers. We were so grateful for the support from Amanda and Rachel who went over and above to support us to ensure we knew everything, we used our go outdoors card which provided us with additional savings. The staff were very friendly and accommodating to our two young daughters. The tent was taken down and we were able to collect it in two days after them contacting us. Thank you!

My experience was pretty good once again, but when I checked a pair of shorts that I had bought, I noticed that they still had the security tag on, and now I have to drive back to Swansea to get it removed, Which is a pain, as it’s going to mess one of my days off work.

Went in today to look at some sleeping bags, Mark was very knowledgeable explaining all the different features, benefits etc. Super helpful.

We always have a fantastic experience at GO Outdoors Swansea, and that’s largely thanks to Mark. He genuinely goes above and beyond every single time we visit. His knowledge is incredible—no matter what we ask, he always has the answer and takes the time to explain everything thoroughly.

On our latest visit, we bought an Osprey bag, and Mark made the whole process so easy. He helped us choose the right one and made sure it suited exactly what we needed, which we really appreciated.

Mark is not only extremely helpful but also genuinely friendly and approachable, which makes such a difference. You never feel rushed, and he always makes sure you leave feeling confident and well-prepared.

Every visit feels like a success because of him, and we honestly look forward to seeing Mark whenever we’re in store. He’s a real credit to the team!

Needed new walking shoes. Was helped by a store assistant Tim who took the time to listen to what I wanted and recommended footwear that would do the job. He advised on the merits of the different brands including durability and reliability over different terrains. Bought two pairs with a view to deciding on the right pair at home. Tim explained the returns policy. Very happy with my purchases.
