I struggle to find footwear due to injuries and Rob at go outdoors was just brilliant he sorted me out with some wide fitting goretex boots super comfortable, As someone who has painful feet I am overjoyed to get some that fit so well many thanks to Rob at go outdoors Stafford

I was looking to buy a pair of walking shoes.
Thanks to the really helpful staff I came away with a pair of walking boots that are probably the best I've ever had.
The staff were knowledgeable and let me take my time trying boots on. The boots were so good I went back and bought another pair!

The single worst experience in 30 years of shopping at millets now go outdoors express
Manager was very rude and when challenged he continued to be so
I will never spend a single penny with GO again nor send DOE students there
I rang The Go customer services and logged the complaint
Heard nothing
