GO Outdoors - Scunthorpe Recensioni 

I went to Go Outdoors to buy some walking shoes suitable for a festival. I was immediately greeted by Carol who was friendly, professional and incredibly knowledgeable. I felt confident in my chosen purchase following a detailed description of all of the options. The store itself has everything you could ever need and is well stocked, but it was Carol's outstanding customer service that stood out most.

We were looking to buy a tent and as it was our first one we had lots of questions. Carol and Zak were really helpful giving us the information we needed

Kerry was very friendly and helpful getting me my item and Paul on the Till was also very helpful

Sue from GoOutdoors Scunthorpe was incredibly helpful with supporting my refund today. She did her diligence with checking the product details and checks.

Great experience and really helpful staff (Josh) member that took time to work out the best shoes for my needs and gave expert advice on brands and fitment

Shopped for trail running shoes at Scunthorpe store and had a few in mind. Jane was very patient and brought out a number of shoes to try. I took a little time to choose and best of all, when I got to the checkout there was an error with the price and they were cheaper than I thought

Josh. Took care of me with regard to buying a pair of Scarpa shoes. He took me through the specific qualities of the product and was patient as i tried on a.number pairs not rushing me or trying to influence my decision I eventually selected a pair. I left the feeling pleased with my purchase and happy with the service i received

First time visiting Scunthorpe store Josh was very helpful and informative! Helped me find a new pair of walking boots very happy with my purchase 🙂

Good, very helpful and gave good advice

I went to the store to buy a new tent still undecided as to which one I wanted. After a lengthy discussion and some great advice with Tanisha (who was extremely patient with me and the kids :). I am beyond happy with my purchase. Tanisha also went above and beyond securing the extra equipment I needed that was out of stock at the time. Can’t thank you enough, amazing customer service.

Carol was extremely helpful today when we went in to buy a waterproof for my husband, she then helped us find a good bargain on some Sandals for myself.
Sue on the till was also extremely helpful when paying for the items.
They both made today’s visit an enjoyable experience.

The shop floor assistant called Jane was very friendly & helpful sorting me out with getting the right size jump suit for me and directing me to the changing rooms. Jane carried my basket to the tills because i was struggling (I have poor mobility and use a stick) The girl on the till think her name was ??Tanya was also very friendly and helpful. The store was not too busy for me as it was teatime so it was a nice shopping experience for me with friendly helpful staff.

Popped in for a pair of boots, was served by a very helpful lady (Carol) who found me exactly what I needed. She also showed me some trainers which had been reduced so I bought those too. Successful shop and an extra sale for her 10/10

Tanya’s service was outstanding. Couldn’t have helped anymore if she tried and the product was available at 9am the next day. Thank you so much. I’ll definitely be back

I had a hook snapped off a pair of scarpa boots I purchased in January , I took them back to store and got Amazing service from carol and sue who helped be pick a new pair of boots and sorted out the exchange totally hassle free I couldn’t thank them enough.

I was sent to get some new walking shoes by my physio. I explained my requirements and Kurt understood what I was asking for and brought out a small selection of shoes to try. He advised and waited while I tried them all on and help select the most suitable.

The shop in Scunthorpe is always immaculately clean, well presented and laid out.
For someone who loves to shop shoes, boots, trainers and walking gear, this was my fastest shop yet.
It was quite busy in the shoe section but Carol was lovely, friendly and very attentive. I found what I wanted and luckily they had my size.
Would definitely recommend and always happy to go back.
