Sue was amazing helped sort out the free pillow for my camp bed too. Very pleasant friendly and professional in equal measures. Couldn't have asked for better customer service experience. The manageress and the o young man were very helpful too. Team work at its best! Thank you

I had an issue with an item ordered online from Millets. The item delivered was not as advertised. I called the helpline and after 18 minutes got through to a chap who really couldn't help so advised me to either return the item or visit a nearest store to return it in person for a refund. Fortunately the nearest store was the Go Outdoors in Scunthorpe. I attended the store and was assisted by Josh who was absolutely brilliant. We discussed the issue and came to a great solution to the problem. Well done the Scunthorpe Go Outdoors team with a special mention to Josh who went above and beyond to help and solve the problem.

Came to go outdoors to buy an air tent. Me and my partner wasn't quite sure wich one would suit our needs. But maxine answered all our questions and gave us some very good suggestions, was very happy with her help and input. Olso Sue on the till was olso very helpful and efficient. Thanks very much

You can't beat going round the store and viewing actual possible purchases. All the staff are extremely helpful. I will definitely be back soon. I will recommend Scunthorpe Go Outdoors to others.

Sue was absolutely brilliant, went above and beyond to help and make our shopping experience as easy as possible. She’s a real credit to the store and made my day with her excellent customer service. I am someone who is straight in and out any shop due to my anxiety but sue really was helpful and made my shopping experience a positive and chilled one. Thank you Sue

I'd asked for two jackets to be reserved in the store until I could go there & try them.
They had been put aside for me.
The person serving me, Jane, brought them out for me to try along with several others so I could compare.
Jane was friendly, helpful & courteous.
I bought one of the jackets, couldn't fault the service.

Went to go outdoors in scunthorpe today to get some bits for my sons school trip to Iceland. The staff were amazing! Friendly, funny and super helpful. What a pleasant surprise as cudtomer service seems to be something thats dying out. Thank you very much.

I had a great experience at Go Outdoors, thanks especially to Nicky on the till. I was very undecided about what I wanted to buy and ended up going back and forth to the till several times, which I appreciate could have been frustrating. However, Nicky remained incredibly patient, friendly, and helpful throughout. She never made me feel like I was being a nuisance and went out of her way to help me sort everything out. Her patience and excellent customer service really stood out, and she made what could have been a stressful experience much easier. Nicky is a real credit to the store — thank you!

Lovely helpful staff who went out of their way to accommodate me in particular Amy who was a star 🤩 The store is clean (including the toilets) and nicely set out.
