Great service from both Paige and Steph, thank you both very much.

My goods had been with the shop for 7 days and at no stage did I receive an e-mail informing me that the order was ready for collection. It wasnt until I phoned to find out the status of the order that I was informed they were ready for collection. Disappointing.

Served by Camille. She was lovely and very helpful. She helped me with everything I needed to find the SIM I was looking for, then helped me find the shoes I wanted and gave me a handy tip on what socks to get to compliment my boots when I go hiking. Very happy.

Alex was super helpful! Followed me round the store ticking off all the items on my list giving me the best options. Thank you for saving me lots of time snd decision making!

Expected delivery date came and went. Called customer service twice who assured me the products would be available to collect in time for camping trip, the next day after it was due to arrive in store 4 days later than on the order. No order updates came by text or email. Went into store anyway part of the order had gone missing, took ages to find the rest. One single mattress arrived one didn't. Refunded to buy a double instead, took my details and said they would refund for the other when it came into store, still no refund. Pretty shoddy service

Suzanne in the Plymouth store went above and beyond to find specific products for me that were out of stock everywhere near where I live. Upon pick up from a family member she then hunted around for additional products that I had not called ahead about. Nothing was too much trouble. Great service. Thank you.

Both Beth and Step were very helpful and had a very good product knowledge

I bought some trainers today and was helped by Beth. She was great and I was well informed by her knowledge, she was serving four people at once and was still attentive. Had as much time as required to make my mind up and it was never too much trouble to get a different size ore shoe. Well done Beth, keep up the good service. Thank you.

Great customer service by Matt, who helped us to find the Sticky Baits Krill Active Boilies. Not only did he show us to where they were, but he also had some great advice being a carp angler himself. Seemed right at home in the fishing department, thanks!

Had some very helpful advice from Alex when looking at tents to buy, he helped me work out what I should be looking for when I was pretty clueless with different structures and brands. Thank you :)

Suzzanne was so very helpful to us when choosing jackets to go to Alaska with, she was so knowledgeable and lovely to deal with. We are definitely going to ask for her again.

I purchased a ‘Wild’ 26” bike for my granddaughter at the Plymouth store with my granddaughter to try on suitable sizes. Came back to collect once assembled. No issues. On collection Andy was helpful in explaining bike adjustments, guarantee and free check-up 6-8 weeks later. Very pleased with attention to detail at purchase, assembly and collection on 12 & 16 August 2026

Great help from Sue (staff member) with buying a waterproof coat. She was very knowledgeable and a great help.

Ordered online with an anticipated pick up in 48 hours.
Received text advising order ready for collection the following day.
Spoke to a number of staff on the shop floor and the collection point who were all very polite and friendly, including dog friendly.
A great selection of stock at competitive prices.

Matt supported me both on the phone and in store with locating an item and with buying them from fishing department. Matt showed great knowledge and passion for fishing related items and did not rush me in any way!

I got served by Matt today buying a pair of walking boots for a hike in Wales tomorrow. Such excellent knowledge of the different styles of boots and a great understanding of customer needs. Found me the perfect pair of boots that I probably wouldn’t have considered. I’m incredibly happy with my purchase. Thank you Matt.

(I was the lady who accidentally scanned an item as I put it on the counter and asked if i could have discount for doing your job haha). We had a good laugh about it.
