Nice new store. Excellent service from Hannah, and good prices.

Nathan was really good. Approachable when needing Help, couldn’t fault his service. I’m walked in knowing what I wanted but needed abit more information on the tent I needed. I brought the EH sendero 4 needed. Blow up bed and a camping chair have the rest of the stuff. Helped me where needed and gave me the best comfortable experience in go outdoors I needed. Milly helpful and friendly at tills and Tamara was helpful and patient with choosing the right DOE expedition rucksack for my son. Nice big store with a range of items and would go back.

Very helpful salesperson by the name of Hannah. Knowledgeable about running and different types of running shoes. Not pushy. Just an enjoyable experience. Very pleased with the eventual choice of running shoes. Couldn't have decided myself without her help.

Visited the store today to pick out some hiking boots we needed some help and a fantastic person called Jess. She came over helped 3d scan my feet. She then advised me of makes and sizes which would suit me. Even helped me pick out the best socks. Store is well kept and has a good variety. Couldn't fault one thing.

Getting my daughter some waterproof shoes and Jess was an amazing help in sizing and helping. Absolute star thank you so much

Fantastic 1st experiences of GoOutdoors. Staff were brilliant in helping me and my son get the right equipment for his DOE. In addition prices were so good I bought a ski jacket in their sale. That was down to the pleasure of shopping there. I would highly recommend visiting the store as they have great trainers. Boots, clothes,equipment etc. If your into golf there is even a very good American Golf shop there which had some great prices as well! Massive store……

Nathan in the Northampton store was very supportive and helpful in helping me chose a sleeping bag and mat for my son's Dof E experience. Julie was also incredibly helpful calling Nathan to assist on the radio. A quick and helpful experience.

I recently visited Go Outdoors to purchase a North Face jacket, and I was genuinely impressed by the level of service I received from Sam at the tills.

From the moment I approached the counter, Sam was welcoming, attentive, and professional. He handled the transaction efficiently, but what stood out most was the way he engaged with me throughout the process. Rather than simply completing the sale, he took the time to ensure everything was right with my purchase, from confirming sizing to making sure I was happy with the jacket itself.

Great service

This store is much better than the MK one, a much better variety in the same place & it’s huge.
I was helped by Abbey who was quite knowledgeable. Helped me choose a perfect coat for my trip to Iceland.
Also the fishing selection I think was most impressive and probably the best in the area. Will be returning for sure. Easiest trip with no stress!
