I returned a pair of Peter Storm walking boots that was purchased 1-4-2026 unfortunately the right boot started rubbing , when I went back to the store 3-4-2026 the staff were very helpful and understanding and said choose another pair of boots and we will exchanged the boots even though I had worn them and hadn’t got the box. Hannah was absolutely first class very understanding and brought a selection of walking boots 6 pair in total , Hannah was very knowledgable on all makes of boots and even explained which boot would be suitable on different terrains after about 30 mins I decided and listening to Hannah’s advice on the Merrell Accentor 3 GORE-TEX® Mid Boots ,hassle free and very good service from beginning to end

We were helped by Hannah today in the shoe department in the Northampton branch. She was amazing, really knowledgeable and friendly. She helped myself and husband find our perfect shoes for our trip.
The staff at the payment desk were also very friendly and helpful.
It’s a great store and will definitely be back often.

We visited the shop last week on Sunday just before they were closing and she was so helpful. Talked me through the membership process and she also gave me refund as I initially paid the full price on my purchase that day !

Euella was a great help juggling customers all around and was still making sure i got the service and shoes that i needed even after me asking her to fetch different sizes and styles several times, offered great advice and customer service all round

I went in to the store to find walking shoes and socks. A young girl called Euella asked if she could help me. She operated the x-ray machine to check on the correct size and type of product for me. I tried several pairs and chose some Merrells which seemed comfortable. She was extremely helpful and polite.

such a fab experience, went in with my friend and millie was able to help us out, such a lovely, kind girl and so so helpful. she was able to point us in the right direction and answer questions i had, overall very happy with my experience.

Great trip to go outdoors, good stock, the staff were super friendly, and it was the redbull x Yeti party which was cool! Milly was super friendly at the checkout, and there was big smiles all round.
