A young man called Keane helped me and my friend out with camping stuff. He was amazing and will sure make my trip much more enjoyable with the stuff I bought. Would definitely come back again.

Keane was the most amazing help! He found me everything I came in for and suggested me extra bits to make my camping trip even better! Will 100% be coming back

Callum was very helpful when I went to go outdoors for camping equipment for my trip

We found the prices really competitive and the range of products available was also really convenient. Callum couldn't have been more helpful. He personally showed us everything we needed and was very knowledgeable, reminding me of a few things I'd forgotten! We're going on a big extended family camping holiday to Cornwall... We've directed the rest of our crew to Northampton branch today.

Went to go outdoors to buy some hiking boots. We were assisted by Sam who was very knowledgeable and gave excellent advice.

Today I was served by Flyn located in Northampton. He was extremely brilliant on the till! Not only was he able to keep a product for me (which was the last one in stock) but answered various questions I had related to the product I purchased. Excellent customer service, thank you for a brilliant experience. Can’t complain about the distance travelled with that type of customer service 👍

Went into store looking for OEX ultralite camping chairs, but there was no stock, spoke to Callum who advised that a delivery was expected that day and that he would put two by for me , he messaged me to say they had arrived , we went later in the evening to collect the chairs . Went to buy some climbing equipment. As a beginner the range of choices was daunting but the shop lets you try on items, and Dan very helpfully gave advice on ensuring the harness fit well.

Northampton - instore - gentleman named Cam was above and beyond, his customer service was 10/10

Dan was excellent, really helpful, knew their stuff and we will certainly be back.
