Alex was brilliant
Alex was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Alex was attentive and made sure my purchases were fit for purpose. The only issue with the store experience was the lack of staff. Alex often apologised as the store was reasonably busy and he was serving other customers whist serving me. Although the service was brilliant I wondered how many customers walked out that morning.

Top customer service!!
I visited meadowhall go outdoors store today and was served by Ellie. She was extremely helpful. I had a list of items and she happily reached the products that I couldn't get from the top pegs!
She double checked that I had all of the products in the current offer so that I wasn't missing out and signed me up for the membership which resulted in me saving on my purchase!!

I wish to say that Kaspar was one of the nicest assistant I’ve ever had the pleasure to meet. He was professional and I felt he put 100% into his work. He is a credit to go outdoors. It was a pleasure to be served by someone so dedicated and humble. The world would be a better place with more people like Kaspar.

Went in looking for a new waterproof…
Went in looking for a new waterproof jacket. Lisa and Kasper who were on shift were very helpful, went out of their way to check stock that wasn't displayed, ended up getting what I wanted and a new fleece for cheaper than what I was expecting to pay.
