Very helpful staff. Ellie in particular showed me a new way to lace up the shoes I was after which helped give more room in the forefoot as I was stuggling to find any wide enough.

Excellent advice and service from staff,in particular was rhyus? Not sure if I’ve spelt that correctly. Very attentive and extremely helpful.

The store felt the store was very inviting, was well stocked, staff helpful and engaging. Sheila was very helpful, the item I required wasn’t out on display in my size but found it in delivery stock from back room.

The member of staff that served me at the till was quite rude, she was too busy talking to an other colleague and never once spoke to me when serving me at the till , and when I enquired about the membership she pulled a face and was quite rude. Before I left the store , I spoke to an other colleague to only find out that the person who actually served me was a supervisor. Disgusting behaviour

Everyone was super friendly and attentive I felt very welcomed when I was in store. I’d like to particularly thank Malin for helping me process my purchase and help me set up a membership card with ease I really appreciated how lovely she was!

Go outdoors is very pleasant shopping experience they always cater to customers needs and usually have great discounts on brilliant products. Lisa who served was also very polite and very helpful.

Never usually bother writing reviews. But young lad billy today sorted my return and exchange out with no issues at all. Very pleasant young man, pleasure to deal with. Lisa the manager on duty was great too.

Brilliant and helpful service from Scott who was able to help find everything i needed al in tje correct sizes despite being a very busy time

Our assistant Alex was answering and knew everything. I was shopping for walking boots for my golf dofe and he brought out 4 pairs and went through all 4 in so much detail and help me understand the difference and that each boot had its own special detail.

We visited Go Outdoors on a busy Sunday, and were looked after incredibly well by Alex. I have genuinely never known someone so knowledgeable about the products, and he was exceptionally kind, friendly, and funny. He made sure we knew exactly what to buy, and had all the time in the world for our questions. Thank you!

Our assistant Kaspar was super friendly and helpful. He approached us nicely and offered to help. Nothing was too much trouble. He made us aware of different brands and explained their positives and negatives so that we had an informed choice. He even made us aware of the super sandal sale and helped us choose some. He renewed our membership card so that we could get the maximum discount. We liked Kaspar and he is an asset to the shop. Well done .
