Visited the store today. The service i received from Olivia was first rate couldn't have been more helpful. Amazing service.

If could give 6 stars I would.

We were treat with kindness. As an older couple we can be slow to decide, and our server Lisa i belive, was very patient and very knowledgeable regarding the quality of the boots. This was our second visit as we joined the card club earlier when I bought my boots and jacket for the wife. We felt that we would go back again as the service was amazing. I am sure we will return many times and also recommend you to friends and family

Lisa was very helpful. Small store but convenient for what we wanted on this occasion.

Will be walking along Hadrians wall this week so went in looking for anything I might need, Olivia walked around with me and helped me pick items even I wasn’t thinking of. Both Alex and Olivia were extremely helpful.

We made 2 separate purchases whilst in store, one colleague was super helpful and applied our forces discount to our purchase. However when we purchased more items after looking round the store further a different colleague didn’t apply our discount even though I made sure to show him my card, unfortunately I didn’t notice this error until we were home.

We have just moved from Australia and we needed some UK-appropriate outdoor wear.

Alex S was very helpful and managed to convince us to spend approximately £300 on a bundle of fantastic items. We feel very equipped.
Malin (the store manager) was also extra helpful - she answered some questions and made sure we got our discount. Thank you both for your help!

Was served by Kasper, who was very helpful, had useful product knowledge and a great manner. Got a great price on the boots and trousers I bought. Got myself sorted for the snowy winter ahead.

Excellent service and friendly helpful staff. The only issue I have is the delivery date could be a bit more precise, it said on my receipt next delivery but came three days later.

Ellie was more then helpful, I had already purchased camping equipment from go outdoors over the internet, but there’s issues with Evri deliveries meaning there’s a possibility I wouldn’t get it in time, I explained this to Ellie the member of go outdoors staff and I know it isn’t a go outdoors problem but Ellie helped me so much and went above and beyond to make sure me and my daughter will be happy campers this bank holiday weekend

Charlie served me and he was fantastic.
Friendly, helpful, professional and good humoured. He helped me choose a rucksack for my trip and a couple of other bits too and his knowledge of the Osprey bag(s) and the technology of the products was extensive and extremely in depth. He made it easy to understand and helped me adjust the bag whilst on, explained the functions and gave me tips for when doing it on my own / on my trip. He was very patient and let me test out the RFID pouch before buying. He is an asset to your team and I’d return and shop with you again based on my experience with Charlie alone. A pleasure to be served by!

Kasper helped us get a good deal at meadowhall store today. Thanks a lot to him. We had gone there to shop camping stuffs. He kept checking on us and other customers. He was polite, well spoken and explained about the products.
There is an ongoing deal on tent and camping accessories, would reccomend to visit the store.
