Laibba was extremely helpful and helped me choose the right items.

I had been looking for a rain jacket and had decided to check out Go Outdoors to see what options they have and I left a very happy customer. One reason is because they had an amazing selection of stock in their store, and the other is that the staff were super friendly and helpful - shout out to Jane who was especially kind to go out of her way to give me instructions to find my way back out of the Arndale shopping centre (first time tourist).
I’d happily come back to Go Outdoors the next time I’m in Manchester

Spoken with Scott & Tony at Go Outdoors i had a faulty item & Sooke with Scott straight away he told me to bring the coat in really polite friendly respectful manner also Tony at the till exchanged the item straight away very good quality clothing I recommend them to friends & family

Visited the store in Manchester Arndale yesterday. Was lucky enough to have the assistance of Emma, who, had plenty of patience and was more than helpful in advising me on a rain jacket, which I bought. It was refreshing to have such good customer service. Thank you Emma.

Our salesperson Sadiya was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products and alerted us to the best product for our needs. She also explained about discounts and how to look after the shoes. At the till, Jane was very helpful and friendly again giving advice about product care and discounts.

I was served today by Louise when buying walking shoes. What a great service. She went out of her way to ensure they fitted correctly and had great product knowledge. So good in fact I bought two pairs. Thank you

Clothes and other stuff are good but 3l water bottle experience is not good just waste of money
