Charlie W was extremely helpful, friendly and ......patient 😂 many thanks to him, we went home very pleased with our purchases.
Every staff member we came across during our visit was lovely and so helpful. We'd definitively o back there based on our experience.
The only disappointment during our visit was that there is only 1 changing room there and only one customer is permitted into it at a time, even if it's, as in our case, partners shopping together. As we were both trying on multiple items we caused a long wait for customers behind us.

Great service today. Staff were very attentive and Louise was especially helpful, giving good advice on different brands of footwear I wanted to try. Very pleased with my purchase.

go outdoors, Manchester Arndale purchased me and the wife between us three pairs of Peter storm sandals
We were served by Sadiya she was absolutely brilliant. A real attribute to this Shop customer service is just so natural to her we was impressed at her
knowledge of the product and service going back and forth to stock room bringing sandals to try very helpful and pretty good price too and the quality with Peter storm is always very good
