Jenny’s customer service at the till was great!

Great shop, brilliant helpful staff, jenny on the till is always so lovely :)

Attended to purchase several items.
Sales assistant Jenny was very helpful aiding my purchase that utilised fifteen gift vouchers. She remained pleasant and supportive throughout the transaction, provide regular updates on current expenditure and the outstanding amount owed.

We went into store today with no idea on what we need for our upcoming camping trip in July. Ken in store was fantastic on giving us a tour of the tent selection and advice on air tents vs pole etc. He then showed us everything from sleeping bags to electric hook ups, chairs and everything in between. Fantastic member of staff with lots of knowledge. We came away more informed and will be back to get our tent on pay day! Thank you Ken!

Looking for a replacement lite weight jacket for running. Andy pointed me in the right direction - glad I stopped and asked him for help.

Took my order and my money then waited over 1 hour to say it was not there. Then takes up to 5 days to give me my money back.

They have sent me an email address which will not send to from my email account. Will now look to post on Facebook the experience.

I went in store today in search, of a warm coat for my daughter. I was welcomed by Jenny!
She was great from start to finish, she helped me look for the perfect coat, she looked for sizes and different styles for my very fussy daughter. I was with her for quite some time 😂
but Jenny was very happy to help.

Took my bike in for a Full service. Called several times and Eventually got a callback from the tech guy who stated that it would cost me £240 to get my bike fixed (nothing wrong with it when it went in but i have to trust them)4 weeks later still not been fixed. Called several times, several excuses ranging from Bike tech not being on shift to him being off sick. Eventually got through and was told they ordered wrong parts and had to re order. manager promised callback never materialised. Still waiting. Cant get through to them no one answers at the store. Absolutely shocking customer service

I ordered a coat online for collection from a store and received an alert to pick it up from store plus some other orders. When I arrived at the store they had no trace of the order number. I asked the staff to speak to customers services and was advised I had to call myself. I spoke to them to be told there has been a mistake in processing. I went home with the orders I had collected and found a T shirt that still had a security tag on it.

It was a lady called Laura who was especially helpful. I bought a pair of Tainers and a Rucksack today. Laura took the time and effort to ensure that I had the time to trie on a few trainers until I found the pair that was correct for me. Laura was patient and cheerful and supportive throughout. She also looked after my dog whilst I was trying on the trainers. Then she took the items to the till for me and gave my dog a treat. Superb services.

after a negative review(item lost underway) i was fully reimbursed by them so now we re ok.

This was our 4th visit to an outdoor shop to try and find a suitable pair of walking boots. Becky was very helpful, with nothing being too much trouble. At last, we found the right pair of boots! Becky arranged for a 'price match' (compared to another retailer) which saved about £30. Excellent service.

James and Morgan where very knowledgeable and friendly with advice over tents, explained setting up, valves, extras available, helped carry it. Even helped with advice on roof bars and bags. If needing a tent Highly recommend going to speak to them.

I have awarded 5 stars because the staff are brilliant. They can not do enough for you, particularly young Jenny. She went out of her way to help an old man (me). Her knowledge and advice was invaluable, thank you Jenny for your time and dedication. Normally I dread the thought of shopping, today I left the store an extremely happy customer.
