Don't often write reviews so this tells you how happy I am with the service received today.
After a weekend with a new air tent (1st time using) returning back in the afternoon after a day out we found one of the air beams burst. No ideal with 2x 3 year olds.
Lauren G took the time to listen And sympathyised, helped replace the product Hassel free. Thank you

First time buying walking shoes - highly recommend
Was served by Mike when buying some walking shoes. As a complete beginner I didn’t know where to start but he gave expert advice with no pressure whatsoever. And did well to manage a few customers at the same. Happy with my purchase. Would highly recommend with no reservations.

Extremely disappointed to receive a…
Extremely disappointed to receive a parking fine after spending over two hours in your shop and spending a significant amount of money. I would expect some kind of facility for people to enter their registrations if this is the case.
*Updated to two* simply because the charge has been rescinded - but there should be a provision to prevent this from happening in the first place.

Lewis was very helpful and friendly. We felt welcome as soon as we had entered the store. My husband needed some hiking boots, pretty much ASAP for a hike on Sunday! Lewis recommend some decent hiking boots and we are very happy with his excellent customer service. Thank you.

Amazing Customer Service
Give Rhiann a raise for having to deal with incompetent customers (i.e me)
We had numerous issues with payment (our problem) not go outdoors. Spend around 30 mins trying to resolve them and thankfully we did. Rhiann remained patient and sympathetic to the situation. Not once made to feel like a burden.
Rhiann is a superstar and made our first experience with Go Outdoors a super one - credit to your organisation.
