Great staff!
Been in a couple of times to grab bits for hiking, lovely guys working there, especially helpful when I went in to buy a new pair of boots.

Absolutely can’t fault the lads in the Lancaster store. I was helped to find exactly what I was looking for an even some bits I didn’t know I needed. Great lads. Top job. Great store with a good range, not overly priced either!

Information from assistant. He was prepared to ask questions and offer advice which made the process swift and easy. I was going to visit another shop to check out their boots but decided it wasn't worth it, I had what I wanted. Unfortunately, I don't remember the young lad's name.

Excellent customer service.
My local outdoor store (Lancaster) has recently become GoOutdoors. I went to buy Nikwax. The sales advisor P. Saal (I hope I spelt it correctly) helped me join, and even reminded me to use my Blue Light Card. He was so kind and cheerful I left feeling very positive about the rest of my day.

Friendly experience
