My fav outdoor shop!
This has to be my fav outdoor shop. Thanks to the great service from Simon and Ehsan. They have great product knowledge and experience of the outdoors so they are great for purchases, advice and information. I can highly recommend this store.

Friendly reasonably priced experience
Friendly service with top quality products.
Highly recommend the membership scheme £5 a year gives big discounts.
We will definitely return when we next need some outdoor clobber.

15 percent off
You advertised 15percent of on line but the shop I use in Lancaster doesent do on line pick up. So I left it two days and then went into shop but couldn’t get the 15 percent as I was told Feb25 was just for one day. But then it appeared again a few days later. Not very good.

Helpful advice at the Lancaster store
Went to the Lancaster store looking for new walking boots. Ehsan helped me make the right choice some excellent advice on the best boots at correct cost. Also on how best to look after them to pre-long the life.

From entering the shop,I was made to feel welcome by the staff (Simon +Ehsan), They were both understood my needs for the type of item I was looking for. They gave me good advice on how to make my decision. Whilst I didn't buy anything on that occasion. Once I've made my decision, I will be pleased to return and make my purchase there.

An excellent shopping experience
Went in to purchase walking shoes and was unsure on sizing, fit etc. Simon was extremely knowledgeable and gave me excellent advice. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Would not hesitate to visit again or recommend. Our thanks to Simon, Zaines and Ehsan.
