Been in today and spoke to both Lewis and Simon. They were both really helpful and helped me choose the perfect jacket. Wish everywhere had customer service as good as this. You can really tell they care about what they do.

Great staff, Chris was very helpful. They keep you aware of best deals. Shops very well equipped.

Simon gave us expert advice on what hiking boots to get, and took his time to answer our questions, and great care to make sure they were the right fit. Great selection of high quality gear, and fantastic service!

Isaac was really helpful showing me how to use the compass I had bought and how to align it with the map.

Fantastic customer service and range. Simon really knows his stuff and was able to give a personal recommendation for the down jacket I was considering.

Visited a few weeks ago to get some walking shoes ready for a backpacking trip. Simon was excellent offering advice on the best type of shoe to get and I left happy with my purchase having been well informed on the product. Both the staff here when we visited were very friendly and happy to help us even when we arrived shortly before closing. The shop is smaller but still has a good selection of equipment and this means you usually get better service!

Simon had great product knowledge as well as a no pressure friend service approach. Credit to the store as I've found all their representatives.
