Went into the store in search of a smart watch. Shauni and Andrew worked well together to locate what I was looking for. They then talked me through what the product could do to ensure it met my requirements.
Shauni and Andrew also answered all my questions thoroughly and were very professional throughout their dealings with me.
To summarise, Shauni and Andrew were a credit to Go Outdoors and I will certainly be using the store again in the future

Positive visit, really helpful staff!
We had a really positive experience at Go Outdoors in Erdington, especially thanks to Connor.
We were purchasing our first tent and had lots of questions, but Connor was incredibly helpful, patient and knowledgeable. He took the time to answer everything we asked and made the whole experience feel really easy and reassuring.
He even went above and beyond by helping us carry the tent out to the car, which we really appreciated!
A big thank you to Connor for his excellent customer service. He is a real credit to the store and made our first tent purchase a lovely experience. 😊

I was preparing to climb Killi and being a first time hiker I had to get all the gear. Noah and Millie were fantastic, really supported me to get me what I needed and advised how to layer up. Noah, in particular had the expert knowledge and was so patient in helping me buy what I needed for such a big adventure, and made sure I was comfortable as it was quite a big purchase in total. As I’m vegan and will not buy down or leather etc he took so much care to find me all the stuff I could buy looking at the material of each item. So professional, knowledgable and friendly.
