Great shop for Jackets and outdoor clothing
Great shop, well laid out, excellent value for money. Online customer service were really helpful when my membership card wasn't showing in my online account. In store staff helpful and friendly! Can't be beaten :-)

Great Service
Karen was great. I was shopping for a waterproof pair of walking shoes. I tried on different pairs but was not happy with any of them. After explaining the issues I was having to Karen she returned with a pair of shoes that are fantastic. She really knows her stuff. Thank you.

Went in to buy a new tent for camping…
Went in to buy a new tent for camping wanted something bigger than my others and didn’t know what route to go down to find the best one. Cammy helped us tons made sure that everything was perfect for what I wanted and i ended up getting the best tent for me. Big thanks to cammy.

Karen helped me with picking hiking boots today. She was great at explaining what is the best way to check if boots are right for your feet. I also tested the inclines within the shop whilst wearing the boots. I was advised to wear the boots within my house to ensure they were fully suitable before wearing outside incase I needed to change them

Came today to purchase a tent
Came today to purchase a tent. The one I wanted wasn't in stock. Spoke to assistant Ross, he told me there was a delivery due anytime. It arrived shortly after and Ross made a point of getting the tent for me from the delivery. Excellent customer service, thank you Ross. From Aaron.

Quality customer service
I was in this morning looking for a few things and thankfully Emma was on hand and really easy to talk to. She took me around the shop giving me quick demonstrations on how to use the items I needed and made sure I left with the confidence in knowing how to use them as well.

Customer service is always really good.
Needed some advice about tent porches. Ross and Steve were more than happy to oblige in answering any questions we had, offered advice and overall left us feeling confident in what we needed. The guys and girls in the Coatbridge store are always friendly and willing to spend some time to get you exactly what you need.

Robbers after spending over £600 charged a member another membership greedy greedy company shop useless online help is the worst ever and it took them 2 weeks online reply aviod like the plague never be back
