I always enjoy shopping at go outdoors. Always end up with a few bits I probably don't need! Was shopping for boots for my son. Karen was very friendly and helped my son understand how his boots should fit. Will definitely return.

Cammy was very helpful in selecting products.
Came in looking for a roof box and a tent with no prior knowledge. Cammy was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and helped us with everything to purchase exactly what we needed.

Father in law and the wife needed a new pair of walking boots and walking shoes. Karen from Go Outdoors was knowledgeable and made a number of recommendations, ensuring that the boot fitted correctly. Friendly and helpful. Pleasant experience.

Knowledgeable staff, not pushy sales
I was browsing walking boots and a member of staff was in the area, allowed me to browse for a bit which was nice, then asked if I was ok. Karen was super helpful and extremely knowledgeable when recommending which type of boots would be best suited to what I required them for. She also helped me with sizing and accessories. Excellent customer service and with a smile ☺️

I like going to Go Outdoors, there's so many options for different outdoorsy things (hence the name I suppose haha). I went recently to buy boots which for me, it was a big deal. Connor & Georgia were excellent, no pressure and very helpful and informative. Thanks for all your help. I think their manager served me and my big purchase, I shoulda got her name too as she was lovely as well. Very down to earth staff. Thank you!

I was looking for a specific jacket which my local Coatbridge store didn’t have in my size. Staff showed me a different size and explained the features and my options. They were very helpful and I ordered it on line. It arrived within 2 days and everything was satisfactory.

Really bad experience with Go Outdoors
Really bad experience with Go Outdoors. I purchased a pair of rab trousers & tryed to return in store. The laddie on the Checkout didn’t know how to return stuff & 10
Days later I am still no further forword with go out doors. I’ve sent 10 emails & had no reply. Tried to call helpline with no response. I will never shop there again.

As we did not receive a response, your enquiry was unfortunately not progressed further. We apologise for any confusion this may have caused.
We can confirm that your refund has now been processed. Unfortunately, there was a delay due to a system issue, for which we sincerely apologise. You will receive email confirmation of the refund, and the funds should appear in your account within 3-5 working days, depending on your bank's processing times.
