New hiking boots for teen boys
Needed to buy new hiking boots for my two sons. We had already looked online at what options were available in store and were keen to try them on and get some proper fitting advice. The Coatbridge store had a great choice of boots and sizes. Staff member Karen provided excellent customer service giving great advice and ensuring that both boys had the correct fit and were comfortable in their new boots. Thank you so much Karen for your assistance. Thank you also to Emma for her assistance at the check out! Great experience in the Coatbridge store as always.

Excellent customer service!
We went into the Coatbridge store this evening looking for new hiking boots for our teenage daughter. Staff member Karen was warm, friendly, knowledgeable and took the time to explain which boots would be most suitable for purpose and to ensure the boots were the correct fit. Excellent customer service!

No email to collect goods ordered online.
I never got an email to inform me that my shoes had arrived instore for collection. After a week I called the store to be told that they had arrived. Poor service, I think. This is not the first time that I have had a problem with the click+collect service.

I am sorry to hear that you did not receive an email confirming that your Click & Collect order was ready for collection. I appreciate how frustrating this must have been, particularly as you had to contact the store yourself to check on the status of your order.
Having reviewed your feedback, it appears that the email communication did not successfully trigger when your order became available for collection. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience this caused.
We recognise the importance of keeping customers informed throughout their order journey and are continuing to make improvements to our notification processes to help prevent similar issues from occurring in the future.

Great shop for Jackets and outdoor clothing
Great shop, well laid out, excellent value for money. Online customer service were really helpful when my membership card wasn't showing in my online account. In store staff helpful and friendly! Can't be beaten :-)
