Great store
Visited the store for just a wee browse and picked up some items at a great price, good layout and plenty of stock, served by Susan at the tills who was very helpful.

I was looking for some new walking…
I was looking for some new walking shoes and was a bit lost. A chap called Scott took the time to discuss the various options and got me a couple of different pairs to try on. I was grateful he was there to take the time to go over things. I am happy with my new footwear!

Great Customer Service!
Came to Go Outdoors for some gear for an upcoming camping trip, spoke to Dave who was a lovely staff member to speak to, helped us with everything we needed to know and even gave us some camping tips for when we go!

First trip to Go Outdoors in Clydebank…
First trip to Go Outdoors in Clydebank today and we were so impressed! Wanted to buy a large family tent and Ross couldn’t have been more helpful in helping us choose and buy the right one. We then signed up as members at the till with Ben who was also very helpful too. Can’t see us going anywhere else for camping stuff now, customers for life!

A very successful visit to Go Outdoors!
A very successful visit to Go Outdoors in Clydebank. Shelves were stocked with exactly what we needed and the service (by Ben) was quick, efficient and friendly. Definitely recommend checking it out and you can even take your furry family into the store with you. There are water bowls and treats readily available. Free, available Coffee and biscuit treats for the human family would be fab! 😉

Roof tent drama
The girl on the till Sophie was very helpful & got Jon to help us when we bought our roof tent, we have a large car that we thought it would fit in whilst awaiting roof rack parts, Jon helped us to the car & unboxed it & helped to get it into the boot but unfortunately it didn't fit only by an inch or two so Jon said it could be stored for the few days until we got the roof rack, but parts should of been in today (Halfords) & only one part was so we stopped by the store to ask about it staying until Thursday or Friday as that's when Halfords said part would be in, this time we spoke to Sophie & Ben, both were very helpful & Ben said he'd make sure that it would be kept for us until Thursday or Friday if the parts late, we really appreciated all the help from the staff at the store, especially with all the extra work. Thanks to Sophie, Jon & Ben.
