Go outdoors is an amazing shop, the only thing I will give them a 1 star for is this, if you place an order online and are directed to download the SHOP app... 'DO NOT DOWNLOAD IT' firstly, it doesn't track your parcel but does send alerts regarding your direct debits from your bank, NO THIS IS NOT A JOKE, this is what happened to me, the bank has been contacted to make sure there is no strange activity in my account!.
IF ANYONE FROM GO OUTDOORS GETS TO READ THIS PLEASE CHANGE YOUR TRACKING SERVICE ASAP,

I got wonderfull service today at the till from a boy called Cieren, lovley smile and even when I sort of complained about how much my bill came to, he was very nice and made the whole experience of spending my hard earned cash enjoyable . Nice to get a smile and treated with efficiency and kindness, he packed my bag , well done Ceiren

VIP service from Scott & Ben
New pair of waterproof hiking boots. He knew his stock inside out as well as all the technical aspects of each boot. Gave me plenty of time to try different boots to make sure I got the right ones. Very impressed!

Excellent service from Ross C in the first instance he identified the issue and offered to fit a new inner tube / valve there and then. It helps as a member to know you can drop in and get quick and affordable repairs.

Needed replacement spokes, initial contact with a young man on the shop floor,who was more than pleasant, couldn't help so he put out a call for another assistant who certainly could help and did, exactly the type of staff any company needs to succeed, excellent.

Staff were very helpful and polite.

I am a regular visitor to Go Outdoors in Clydebank and always find the staff to be friendly and helpful.

I visited GO Outdoors today looking for an e-bike for me and my young family. Fraser looked after me, and the service he provided was excellent. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the different bike options, helping me understand what would best suit my needs. He answered all my questions, gave honest advice, and made the whole experience relaxed and enjoyable. Fraser also explained that when I order my bike and it's delivered to my home, I can bring it into the store and the team will build it for me, which was really helpful to know. Fraser is a real credit to GO Outdoors. Thanks for all your help.

My brother wanted something he was unable to get where he lives. I found it with this company. They had to bring it to the store nearest me, and they let me know when it arrived. So I was able to collect it, send it to my brother in time for his birthday, and he was very pleased with it.

I was served by Lynne today who was full of knowledge of the products I was purchasing today, great friendly customer service!

The rear tent pole on my Sandero4 tent split and I had taped it together myself for a temporary fix. My next camping trip was on the coast so didn’t think it would hold out with the winds. I popped into go outdoors in Clydebank for a replacement but Chris kindly organised a repair for me. Great service

Sales assistant Jon, was very helpful and was happy to assist bringing out various pairs of shoes to try on.
Sophie G was also very nice at checkout.

Phoned to check item was in stock. Chris checked and as only two left, he agreed to put them by till for me to collect. It all went to plan and price was very good. Thanks Chris, it's a joy when retail staff make things work as they should

Young man was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Just been to go outdoors today and I had loads of questions about walking boots. I asked a member of the team for help and sharen was there to answer all of my
Questions. She was so helpful and interacted well with my playful toddler. I have been to the store a few times now and have found sharen to be friendly and very knowledgeable every time I go there. Thank you so much… again

Plenty of space to check out tents and plenty merchandise to view, staff were very pleasant and full of information. The staff made our first time there brilliant thank you

I have ordered twice and both times tge order was canceled

We had been into the Clydebank store a few times looking at tents, and every time Lynne was so helpful, friendly and patient. She really went above and beyond to help us find the right tent and made the whole experience so much easier and enjoyable.
It was Lynne’s amazing customer service that really stood out to us and made our experience in the Clydebank store such a positive one. She is a real credit to the store and deserves recognition for how helpful and lovely she was.
We would highly recommend the Clydebank store, especially if you get the pleasure of being helped by Lynne. Thank you so much for all your help! 😊⛺️

All the staff were helpful and knowledgeable, especially May and Allen....and the value for money was excellent.
