Pleasantly surprised to find that the quality of goods sold at GoOutdoors is matched by the customer service. Excellent choice of specialist hiking gear. Whilst I was shopping for an upcoming trip, the beloved was amazed to find a great selection of stylish clothing. Staff were on hand to help and Danielle, who served us at the till, was pure sunshine. Helpful, polite and efficient.

Merv helped me today in the Bedford store whilst I was stocking up for a fishing trip. He knew where everything was and was so friendly.

We travelled from Ireland to the UK for Silverstone. After our first day at the track, we realised binoculars were a must. When we got back to our accommodation in Bedford, we looked for places near by that might sell binoculars and Goolge brought us to GO Outdoors. As soon as we crossed the front door, we were blown away. This place caters to all Outdoors activities and what was even better was seeing equipment set up so you could fully appreciate the size. The tents and tent boxes were amazing. We were able to pick up binoculars. There were one of each type out of their box on the shelf so we could try them out. I also picked up a lovely Stanley water bottle for my water bottle addict teenage daughter 🤣 we were looked after by Faith at the checkout. Faith mentioned she had purchased the same binoculars recently so assured us they were very good. She was incredibly friendly and helpful. The store and the staff were just top class. If we are ever back we will definitely make another visit.

Had a great visit at Bedford Go Outdoor! Both Molly and Sammy were kind and helpful while helping me pick out climbing and camping gear, especially the sleeping bag that fits perfectly. On the tills, Christian was very helpful and had a friendly chat about climbing. Overall great service

We just drove over from the Cambridge branch as they didn’t have what we wanted but glad we did. I phoned before I went to make sure they had the item and spoke to Faith who was really helpful and efficient with my enquiry. On arrival at the store the first staff member we saw was Faith. She guided us to where she had put the item aside for us, she couldn’t have been more polite and helpful. A great shopping experience.

Jakub at Bedford GoOutdoors served us so well bringing outfits of the requested size and searching to get them for us. Many thanks to him for the help.

I had a great experience shopping here. While I attempted to look for a pair of shorts, It might have been a bit of a man look. Which is where Alana came in clutch and was very helpful in helping me find what I was looking for. Then liz was an absolute gem while sorting payment. Great fun. Great service. 10/10. I’ll be back.

We travelled to Bedford store to get some spares for our Cadac. We checked stock before leaving and when we arrived, one of the items were nowhere to be seen. An empty pegboard holder greeted us. But we picked up the other item and then decided to get some gas and went to the checkout.

This is where our visit really picked up. Helena was on the till and greeted us with a smile. Her can do attitude answered my question and she then checked the C&CC card for a bit of extra discount. She has been taught well because she actually checked the validity of the card.

I mean, she even gave a rye smile at one of my "grandad phrases"! As young as she is, she has a good attitude to customers and we hope she gets the recognition she deserves.
