GO Outdoors - Barnstaple Recensioni 

I had tried to buy sandals in my local Millets shop, where I was advised as they hadn't the ones I wanted, but Go Outdoors did.
There was someone on the door who was welcoming.
Then i was assisted by Ben, who helped me find the correct size of shoe. The 2 girls on checkout, Bliss and Kacey(?)we're also smiley and friendly, engaging in conversation readily too.
Good experience overall

Gabriel was very helpful, assisted us with picking up a new camping chair, was very knowledgable and friendly! Great service!

Connor and Kevin at the Barnstaple store helped us out massively so we could get our BBQ up and running! Thank you for your help a d advice, the kids were more interested in playing in the tents! So looks like we will be back soon to make a tent purchase!

Met Gabriel in the Barnstaple store today, what a very friendly and nice guy. He was very knowledgeable about the products and helpful, assisting me in purchasing a RAB waterproof jacket 👍

Great customer service from Kevin, he went above and beyond to make sure we got what we came for. They were short staffed today but he made the effort to go and check the new stock and found what we were looking for. Very friendly and helpful! Very happy! :-)

We popped into the store on Tuesday evening to pick up some bits we wanted for our up coming camping trip. Kevin was there on hand with his valuable advice that we have experienced on several occasions and we have gone to him within the store to ask questions as we know he knows exactly what he is talking about and knows the shop/products well.
Kevin asked for assistance with some of our questions about pricing from Ash who again knew so much about the store and told us how she could assist us personally at the till.
She managed to complete our sale with no queries on our front which is not something we normally experience often with the till staff. Ash managed to put through my husband’s scouts leader discount with no issues. She truly knows the system well and is a credit to the store.

I, along with my wife and daughter were in the Barnstaple store for the very first time seeking walking shoes and waterproof trousers for my wife who is a keen walker. We were met by Gabriel, an extremely friendly and helpful young man. I wish to commend him for his assistance. Just the sort of welcome and help that made our first visit a real treat. Furthermore I can thoroughly recommend the store in Barnstaple. Thank you Gabriel.

Leo was very helpful went through all options and was clear and not trying to upsell but get the very best for me and my family

I rang the guys that were on the tills this morning to see if they had a specific tent in stock. Fortunately they did and put it back for me. When I got to the store they retrieved the tent from the back and helped me source a carpet for it which another member of staff had found one in the back. I then had a young guy help me with the £2 offer and help me find bits i needed. All 3 that were on the tills were so helpful and patient and help me get the best out of my visit. Even my 8 year old said the staff were really helpful and happy

Had to go in for a brand new tent due to mine breaking. The staff Leo, Bradley and Kaley were absolutely incredible. They all helped me find the perfect one for me and my pooch and answered all my questions even though I'm sure it gave them a stroke lol. I couldn't have asked for better staff to help me on my mission for a new tent which I brought and absolutely love, so does the pooch. They are super pet friendly which was incredible. Couldn't of had a better first experience with go outdoors than I did that day. Highly recommend all three of them if you ever have any problems or questions they know their stuff.

I came to find ice blocks and was assisted by Rob to find them then kept thinking of other things, and he assisted me with each. It was really helpful when I couldn't find things or needed to see a toolbox out of its box. He was friendly, fun and helpful. Thanks Rob!
The til staff were also helpful and calm, helping with said cool box out to the car as I carried everything else.
Love the discount and the variety available.
